Ok so technically there are three Dr Pepper versions that I drink regularly, but since they’re all Dr Pepper, they only count as one on the list. I’m in charge; it’s my list, my rules.
1) Dr Pepper
Dr Pepper Cream Soda
Dr Pepper Strawberry
2) Cream Soda
3) Piña Jarritos
4) Strawberry Ramune
5) Sidral Mundet
Honorable Mention:
Ginger Ale (only when I am nauseous, which sadly can be fairly often)
I've been thinking about ep 5/6 for days and ultimately I think Kate was trying to convince herself that Anthony's feelings for her would fade because they were only "mere passion" and perhaps one day he would come to love Edwina. And even if he didn't, he could still provide her with a happy life and her sister's heart wouldn't be broken (since Edwina said in ep 5 that she loves Anthony though I think she doesn't actually love him, but wants Kate to think she does - a convo for another time)
Eeeeeeeeeehhh someone to talk about Bridgerton with 😆
But that’s the thing her sisters heart would be broken 😭 sooner or later in the marriage her sister would have come to realize she was married (and trapped) to a man that did not love her because it was clear Anthony had no plans or interest in developing feelings for Edwina past that of duty.
I understand that by Edwina saying she loved Anthony (I definitely don’t think she did) Kate might have felt obligated to allow for the wedding to continue but for someone who claimed to care so much for her sisters happiness in a marriage I imagine it’s much more painful to be in a marriage where you ‘love’ the other but the other merely views you as something on their checklist and worse someone they had to settle for because they couldn’t get what they actually wanted (Kate)😭
How I feel about this character: I absolutely love Rex. He’s been one of my favorite characters since I first watched Clone Wars. I do believe I may have saw him in Rebels first though. I’ve got his Rebels Funko Pop too.
All the people I ship romantically with this character: Honestly, close to anyone if there’s a good argument made or an interesting fic. I’ve super open minded with pairings. Some of my favorites include Ahsoka from like the Siege of Mandalore Arc onward. The whole galaxy’s on fire, they’re on the run, and they’ve got each other. It just melts my heart in the best and worst ways. Cody as much for how they play off each other as I love the ship name Codex. Padme surprisingly. I read this really cool fanfic (that I can’t for the life of me find right now) that slowly built up the relationship between him and Padme, post Order 66 and it did so much for me. Obi-Wan too because we know Master Kenobi has a Thing for Blond/e Mandalorians.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: Anakin most of the time. I really do love how they play off of each others. It also takes a special kind of person to survive Anakin and Rex has that kind of special in spades. Also, Ahsoka pre-Seige of Mandalore. The early days of them knowing one another is like prime best friend time as he helps Ahsoka adjust to being in the war and being a Commander. In turn, she helps him loosen up because it’s really hard to not smile a little when she’s being bright, cheerful Ahsoka.
My unpopular opinion about this character: Rex never forgave Dogma for Umbara and I do not take constructive criticism.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: That the Cure for the Clones rapid aging would have actually stayed in Disney canon so Rex could get it and have a more natural lifespan. He did so much, for so many, and deserved every right to have time to enjoy his life.

Anakin
How I feel about this character: Anakin Skywalker is an absolute dumpster fire of a Jedi (and a person) and that only makes me love him more. He made so many poor choices but he tried so, so hard to do the right thing. Shmi raised such a good son until Palpatine came and screwed that right up. Also, he’s like a total dumbass in spite of being incredibly intelligent. Makes my little morosexual heart sing.
All the people I ship romantically with this character: Again, anyone that some can make an interesting argument for is fair game. I love him with Padme so much though. Gah, their like a total fairy tale heading for disaster but they’re so good together. I can do Obikin but it has to be a very specific kind of Obikin, that’s typical ObiAniDala. A lot of Obikin tends to out and out ignore Padme or cheaply write her off, thus ObiAniDala. I can kind of ship him with Rex but, again, it has to be a very specific kind of Anirex. So, it’s just easier to say I don’t really ship him with Obi-Wan or Rex.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: Ahsoka! Tano! Snips and Skyguy are my absolute favorite friendship in this whole flippin’ series.
My unpopular opinion about this character: Anakin didn’t deserve what happened to him and he was right to call out the Jedi. That being said, he went about things the entire wrong way leading to him being so stubborn that he burned half the Galaxy instead of admitting his wrong.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: Not anything from Revenge of the Sith or even near that time. I honestly wish Anakin could have saved Shmi (because Shmi deserved better and I will die on this hill) and just left the Order. I would have loved to have seem him as Padme’s Trophy Husband and proud father of the Luke and Leia. His life was so unfair and stacked against him from the start. He deserved a better ending than Darth Vader.

Summary: One of the slow moments between Ahsoka, Kanan, Hera, and Alijah when their schedules align for everyone to be together. Hera has Alijah talk art to keep her in the moment.
The captain’s room of Ahsoka’s ship had been transformed into their own sanctuary. Ahsoka provided the bulk of the mismatched fabrics; Alderaanian silks, woven blankets from Shili, and furs she knew were cured in the Mandalorian way. Hera found Rylothian incenses at a spaceport three jumps back. Alijah thought she remembered them from a ceremony she attended many, many years ago. Kanan crafted another playlist for them. Something with instrumentals and soft chants, in anything but Basic, to help mask the sounds of the ship. She brought candles (the kind that would not set fabrics alight if upset) and ropes upon ropes of soft lights.
Emotions and pheromones mixed with the atmosphere to leave Alijah barely tethered to her body. Forbidden passions and warmth melted her scant few bones into wax puddles. The air and the Force itself hummed with the same bewitching tastes. What had been an ache deep within grew to something of a distant memory in seconds. It would take nothing to slip away in this moment to ride a high even the best Spice could not give her. Everything would disappear in favor of the safety of her lovers pleasures.
“You still doing okay, Love?” Hera checked in from somewhere above her. It took a second to remember her head rested on warm jade thighs.
“Drifting some.” The fingers combing through her short hair tried to send something down her spine. Everything muffled the feeling. “Everything feels so good.”
“We all want you with us.” Hera’s voice washed over her in a warm, commanding haze. “Stay focused, please.”
“Hard.” Pulling herself back into her body was difficult. “Everything Feels.”
The fingers slipped from her hair to cup her face then turn it toward her. “Would talking help?”
Ahsoka gasped from across the room then purred. Alijah’s sensitive hearing picked up Kanan’s pleased sigh.
A wordless nod was all Hera needed to help. Strong hands sat her up before pulling her to rest between her legs. Cool shoulders were pulled back to rest against a soft, warm chest. Powerful arms crossed over her own chest to keep her upright. Hera’s chin rested atop her shoulder to assist in keeping her up right. Wiggling lekky draped over both their chests.
“How would you draw this?” Her breath was burning up against a long, delicate ear. “Tell me every detail.”
Several moments went by while Alijah tried to pull her Being back into her body. Most of her felt as if it continued to float around the room with the same aimlessness of the smoke curls. Hera asked (commanded because Alijah follows those better) to stay so she would. Each beat of Hera’s heart would be an anchor. The rise of her chest would help draw her emotions back while the accompanying exhale pushed away the Haze. Together they would piece Alijah’s Self back together.
Alijah drank in the appearance of her subjects. Ahsoka was seated atop her desk as if it were a throne. Her montrals and lekku served as contrasting outline to her body. White and blue blushed nearly black lekku (oh so soft to touch and kiss and feel) outlined a red ocher and white marked body (built of gorgeous muscle). Cabaret red lips parted and twisted to show white fangs. Kana knelt between her parted thighs with his hair messy and body marked. His tanned skin was taut across a beautiful flexed back. Purpled love bites intermixed with the red trails of scratching nails and the true bites marks across his shoulders and back. She knew his chest, hips, and thighs bore the same signs. Rich, brown hair tumbled twisted his Ahsoka’s hands so she could easily direct his sinfully clever mouth.
“Detailed sections.” It took some time to trust herself to form coherent sentences again. “Four parts or maybe five. Soka from her eyes up. Kay’s face from his nose up; attention on his eyes. Her hands fisted in his hair. The flex of his thighs from profile. Maybe her calves around his shoulders. Or, his hand holding up her thigh.”
Hera’s low laugh was heard and felt throughout Alijah’s whole body. “No lips?”
“Lips aren’t unique from looks.” It had become a game for them. Hera made the statement prompting Alijah to kiss her senseless. “Lips feel and taste unique only. But, you can see what makes eyes special.”
Kanan gives a low groan muffled against Ahsoka’s thigh when she pulls his hair just right.
“How would you display those pieces?”
There are so many options to consider for a display like that. How big would her canvases be? Where would she even have to display them? For how long? Before she lost the mood entirely Kanan and Ahsoka lit up in the Force.
“Staggered. Parts aligned but not entirely.” Pale pink cheeks flushed red with excitement. “So it would need five. Soka’s Eyes, then Kay’s, Hands, Thighs, and Kneeling at the very bottom.”
“Why?”
Alijah twisted in Hera’s arms to look up at her face. Her lips were still kiss swollen and a much riper pink than normal. They were also twisted into a smirk only highlighted teasing green eyes and lowered black brows. She knew how loaded of a question it was to ask an artist to explain their work.
“The Goddess sits above all.” Alijah’s started her with her hands resting on Hera’s upper arms before slowly moving higher. Cupping her cheeks she stole a chaste kiss before moving on to cradle the back of her head.
“The Worshiper shows Devotion.” One hand ghosted from the base of a lek to the very tip. Raising it to her lips she peppered her skin with kisses but stopped to trace the white patterns with her tongue.
“Divinity guides the Mortal.” Hera moved hugging her close to almost digging her fingers into the freckles across her hips.
“Mortal holds up the Divine.” Alijah fell backward to rest on the soft blankets. The hand still cradling Hera’s head ensured she followed suit.
“Strength willing Kneels to the Divine.” Thighs move to straddle her hips with Alijah’s hands resting on her hips. One thumbs absentmindedly strokes up toward the white patterns on her sides.
Hera went to asked another question but Alijah leaned up to kiss it from her lips. She was back into the Moment and would enjoy every second of it.
If I was dating you, im pretty sure we would be each other's impulse control. At least once id have to hold you by the scruff of the neck to stop you from fighting a Subway guy. But there'd be plenty of nerdery, and good food about. And we could /totally/ do cosplays together.
I should be no one's impulse control. I do love food though!
Random question time! So, in the context of Alijah/Kanan/Hera/Ahsoka, what was Alijah's response to everything going to hell with Fenn and Hera?
A very late but very detailed answer!
Background:
Ahsoka and Alijah split contact with the Mandalorians pretty much from the end of the Clone Wars. Ahsoka takes the Nite Owls because she was in the process of retaking Mandalore with Bo-Katan during Order 66. They helped hide her before getting her offworld. Alijah took the Journeyman Protectors because she new Fenn from before Order 66. For a long time, he was one of the only people who knew Alijah Kastor lived since he helped get her off Kamino. She could also claim some pull with Neutral/True Mandalorians but there’s not as much rapport there. Vhonte does back her up, however.
Something specific to Alijah is when she joins the Alliance to Restore the Republic is she does become a General again. Well, “Freya Bastara” becomes a General. Her resume from the Clone Wars as a Commander then General is unparalleled. Daesha and everything Ma’Glora has to offer are major assets for the Alliance; stipulated to only work with Alijah/Freya, Ahsoka, or Bail Organa. A lot of what Alijah does overlaps with Davits Dravens’ work, however, she is much more in the thick of things. General was a more of means to give Alijah the pull she needs to work with her scattered sources across the Galaxy. It also insured her near autonomy she works best with.
Ahsoka and Alijah have it set up that any undertakings in Mandalore or with Mandalorians go through them. There’s a lot of playing stupid in requests because of how top secret they keep things. The Nite Owls, and approved associates, work with Ahsoka. Journeyman Protectors, and approved associates, with Alijah. Because of Mandalore’s current “Imperial Allegiance” it keeps their contacts safe. They’ve put nearly two decades of work into preserving and strengthening these bonds. They can’t fail now.
Set Up:
Alijah nor Ahsoka are around for the beginning of the Missions involving Concord Dawn’s Moon or the Journeyman Protectors. Since it was a plan crafted by Sabine they only really needed Sato’s approval, at least in their minds. Sato rules against taking it up the chain because it’s not an undertaking. It’s scouting more than anything.
Par for the course, Ahsoka is off embroiled in Fulcrum stuff. Alijah’s detached from Phoenix Squadron to check up on her own sources and leads. They only find out what happened because things go to hell in a handbasket.
Alijah is the first one back and it is hellfire itself arriving aboard the ship. First stop is the infirmary to check up on Hera and the others. Her features are darkened but she does put on a good face and plays nice. Hera could have easily been killed. She know how easily Fenn could have killed her. But, he was thankfully kind.
Sato gets none of the Concern nor Courtesies given to Hera. In a rare show of rank, she pulls it on Sato. She may not have joined wholeheartedly early on but she was closely associated with everything from the get-go. He’s a Commander, and a damn good one at that, but this is Alijah Kastor who fought the First Battle of Geonosis, who helped retake Lessu, who fought Haruun Kal, and who survived Kamino as a Jedi during Order 66.
It starts with a hissed: “What the fuck did you think you were doing Commander Sato? Why did I hear about this from our allies?”
There is no making things better for him. He doesn’t get to defend himself from her onslaught nor even really move. She brings him to Attention and leaves him there. Sato’s depending on the mercy of the vicious woman pacing back and forth while reading him the riot act. Current estimate is he’s got a few hours of this.
Yes, the General in her is angry at what went down. This is, possibly was now, 18 years of hard work flushed down the drain. For absolutely nothing. Fenn and his Protectors were already covertly on their sides. Now, he’s sitting in their brig with all of the Fangs destroyed, and the Alliance couldn’t even give her a heads up. Fenn’s second was the one to inform her of everything.
Alijah Kastor is possibly even angry then the General in her. Hera Syndulla is one of the Actual Loves of her life. There would be no contest on who would win in a dogfight between her and Fenn. She would have died for absolutely nothing. The fact Kanan and Sabine were approved?/allowed?/something to go down to Concord Dawn was worse. She’s buried Kanan twice in their lives; she’s not ready to do it for real. If Fenn hadn’t shown his Good Judgement then she would have possibly buried both of them and the Wren Girl. Such a great way to repay Ursa’s, albeit initially forced, generosity in protecting her. Whatever unstable peace between the Nite Owls, the turning parts of Death Watch, the Trues, and more would have been shot. Mandalore would have erupted in all out war with one another.
Alijah’s indelicate tones carried outside of his office to anyone who happened to be nearby. When the shock wore off of someone ripping into Commander Sato like a cadet wore off some action was taken. Namely, enough stuff passed around for someone to send a message to Ahsoka because “It sounds like Alijah is going to maim Sato.”
Ahsoka’s call to Alijah went something like, “While this is a breach of the chain of command you need to table the issue for the current moment. See to our Guest or I will have you join him until I arrive.”
When Alijah made the second call it was far less civil, moved through several languages, created new swears, but did have Alijah storming off to attend to Fenn.
“Fenn, I apologise for the gross incompetence that lead to this. Follow me, please. I’ll have you in much better accommodations until this is sorted out.”
There was not a single word said by her between his cell and the nicer quarters she arranged for him on the ship. Every command is communicated few transmissions from her datapad or glaring at whatever unfortunate soul crossed her path.
“Glad to see you’re amused,” she snarks when they’re both seated in his temporary quarters. A droid let itself in with food and drinks.
“Haven’t seen you this fiery since…Reecee?” He paused to think for a second. “That’s the one where you made scrap of that battalion while screaming about requisitions?”
Once she started cracking up it took a lot to stop. “We had you at Reecee? I think I called you in for Rishi.”
“Reecee was the one where Freya Bastra laid waste.”
“Rishi was where I made scrap but Ruuria was the one where I made more scrap while yelling about paperwork.” The cold jungle world was basically at the ass end of the known Galaxy. Everyone was freezing but her. “They sent me that Cadet to do…something? He was older than me and not thrilled with the Kastor Experience.”
“Wonder what happened to that one?”
“He joined the ISB and hunts the Ghost across the Galaxy.”
“Regret saving him?”
“Nah, better an enemy I know that one I don’t.”
Alijah takes a few deep breaths to steal herself for the actual difficult conversation. “You could have killed them, Fenn. You would’ve been well within your rights to kill them but you didn’t. I’ve lost so much…I don’t think I could lose them to and survive.”
His hands on her shoulder, “You owe me. We’ll start with replacing everything Fang they took out.”
“Sometimes I wish they weren’t so fucking good at their jobs.”
“Speaking of, Jarrus is one of your line’s right?”
“I assume he mentioned Mygeeto?”
“Would’ve known without that. Threw himself at my fucking ship armed with a lightsaber. Only person with that kind of crazy is you.”
