First off: You are an amazing author! I love your works so much! Second: Do any of your friends write fanfiction too? I would love to check out your friends works if any of them write. I like a huge variety of fandoms, so recommend a bunch!
ZAhhhh thank you so much! It’s always so humbling to hear such a simple, but meaningful compliment like that. But you sure bet I have a couple writer friends! Some really close ones, in fact.
@caffeinatedpokedex : (AO3) Xy has a very, very lovely writing style that harbors on emotion and dialouge, and I’ve found myself enraptured many times over with the work xy’s done. You won’t find much smut or sexytimes when it comes to xyr’s work, because xyr is the absolute master of making you SHED TEARS AND LOVE IT. Though xy has been in a lot of fandoms, the majority of what xy writes (on AO3 at least) is either Transformers or Homestuck.
@sepzet : (AO3) (Tumblr Fics) She write absolutely beautiful romance, and her dialogue, I feel, always feel captures the essence of characters regardless of the fandom she’s writing about. Overall, she’s a go-to person to read some kinky smut, she knows her stuff when it comes to writing some sexytimes. While on her tumblr masterpost she has listed a lot of EDM fics, primarily either Sonny/Joel and Rob/Sonny among several other really lovely oneshots, on her AO3, she has what I would call her biggest (metaphorically and literally) fic to date, one from the Batman movies specifically dealing with this beautiful relationship between Bane, Barsad and her own character. Even if you aren’t into the Batman fandom I still *highly* suggest reading it–because I loved it despite not seeing the movies or being in the fandom at all.
@theawkwarddeadgirl : (Writing blog) This girl does almost all original stuff–no fandom nor AU, but very much original works. And all of her stuff is absolutely amazing. For the most part, on her blog she has more oneshot/short story things, and from what I’ve read of her since middle school, she has a very descriptive, almost like….haunting theme to how she writes. Think of how you feel a cold breeze brushing against your skin, and you feel a combination of wonder and dread filling up your body as you stare ahead into an old victorian mansion. That’s what you feel when you read her stories aND ITS BEAUTIFUL.
