“Shouldn’t you be getting ready?”
Jumping in surprise, Caitlin turns her head, lips already lifting up into a smile as she spots Marcos leaning against the door frame.
“I’m just finishing up a few emails to family and the hospital,” she answers as she turns back to her laptop. “I wanna get this done before I head out.”
Chuckling, Marcos pushes off, he shuffles further into the office until he gets behind her, and leans down as he wraps his arms loosely underneath hers. “Excited?”
Leaning back, Caitlin hums, “I’m looking forward to spending time with Lauren and the girls, with no emergency's or distractions,” shifting slightly, she turns her head enough to press a quick kiss to his chin. “But more looking forward to Sunday.”
“Are you that anxious to be Mrs. Caitlin Diaz?”
