It's actually quite funny because George Takei actually DESPISED when people claimed Mr. Sulu was a Homosexual. He actively wrote comics about Sulu and M'Ress being an item to a cartoonish overcompensating degree just because he was THAT dedicated to Roddenberry's Vision. Caitian science officer from day 22 of @spongynova’s Alien Idictober :] I’ve named her T’Nago for the express purpose of everyone misreading/mispronouncing it as “Tango” and it pisses her off but like so does literally everything else.

I’ve been told she looks super stuck-up and that’s just because. yeah she kinda is. She also definitely instigates at least five fights onboard per shift and she’s always judging you.

Season 4 of Strange New Worlds should, at the very least, introduce EITHER M'Ress or Arex to the cast. Main cast or supporting/recurring, I don't care which, I want a cgi/practical effects alien crew member. Preferably practical effects, but I'll take what i can get. They already killed off Hemmer. Give me M'Ress or Arex. Or both. I don't care if it messes with the canon timeline. Give me more alien crew members no I don't mean Spock. I love Spock, but I want full costume or CGI alien crew members.
