So, I Tried Cake-Piping

Not the best at this shell thing yet, but this is also my first batch of fake buttercream, so the consistency might be a little off, too (I had to beat it by hand, so it was a little thick). For a first try, I'm alright with this!

So, rosettes are harder than they look lol 😂

Eventually I sort of figured out the technique toward the very end, hence the last two pictures. It's totally one thing to watch these and another to do them yourself! Again, maybe if my fake "buttercream" was more authentic in terms of texture and fluffiness, this would look different (better or worse), but I'm really happy with how my first attempt with these two tips went! Excited to try more 😊❤️
