It’s been 84 years but the fall season always reminds me of your tFLOM playlist (though it has probably been a couple years since I listened)—I thought of it today, realized I somehow didn’t have it saved in my Spotify anymore, briefly panicked and then tracked it down again. And then! To my delight, found that you are currently writing a new clexa fic! (I’ve been absent from the fandom for some time.) I think the latest fic I’m writing will likely be my swan song. I always wanted to write a multi-chapter story set in canonverse before I bowed out completely and it’ll be a nice way to wrap up my 10 years service to the fandom next year lol.

thank you so much to all of you kind souls! i’m so happy you’re enjoying the fic! ☺️ my update schedule has proven to be whenever-it-happens-it-happens because my brain likes to Stop Functioning sometimes lol but i have always maintained and i continue to maintain that i have every intention of finishing this fic, it’s too important to me to let go. so. slow but steady maybe, but we’ll get there. i don’t have a solid date for when chapter 12 will be out, but i’ve been daydreaming about the scenes 😌 no spoilers for the time being, probably when we get closer to publishing! 💕

Lexa is a buttoned-up, stick-up-her-ass local journalist who writes in a corner of Clarke’s café every Sunday. So one day Clarke gets a very, very erotic vision with Miss Lexa featured. But she can’t… reconcile the bookish, aloof woman she sees on Sundays with the one who made her toes curl and made her feel like the most adored woman on the fucking planet in just a glimpse. 

I know it sounds incredibly horny said like this but it’s honestly very angsty so far. The miscommunication is… 👌

Read monsters today for probably the 5th time. The last time I read it was about a year ago on a long bus ride as I traveled between cities. Rereading it again made me nostalgic in more ways than one! I miss the potential of the show and I miss your writing. Thankful for this awesome story and hope things are going well for you!

my life has been eclipsed by work. i’m close to finishing my diploma and having my free time back (PLEASE). genuinely haven’t been on the computer much but i’ve made a little bit of progress on “you’re (not) a slave” and i have an outline for the mlm chapter. that show may be dead to me but i will finish that fic if it kills me.

Did you see ADC’s latest insta? Would like to draw attention to the totally model!lextra move of keeping a copy of her vogue magazine on her coffee table 😂

I hadn’t noticed the magazine! Haha, love it.

Model!Lextra surpasses that by not only keeping her latest Vogue Italia cover on the coffee table, carefully arranged to look like it’s just been carelessly tossed there, she has an entire wall of framed magazine covers. In the bedroom. Clarke found it a bit unsettling the first time they slept together at the loft, a whole gallery of pouting, smouldering Lexas gazing enigmatically at her while the actual, real life Lexa descended Clarke’s body, but she quickly got over it.

Finally finished Unbelievable and man. I could listen to Merritt Wever talk gently all day, reminded me of her nurse days in Jackie. Also that police vest was 👌🏻👌🏻. Glad I basically binged it, it was a really painful yet moving series with incredible acting all around.

All of this.

I cannot recommend it enough, despite the painful subject matter. I also want Merritt and Toni Colette to get their own ongoing cop show, because I would watch the hell out of it.

Saw your answer to the question where you referenced KL and wanted to see if you knew how she was doing these days? I miss her tumblr presence but I hope she’s doing well. It’s weird, I don’t actually know any of the handful of Clexa tumblrs I follow but I’ve been checking in almost daily for several years now and the sudden absence is kinda sad when I think about it (and feels bizarre bc again, like online bubble)

She’s doing good and is aware people are thinking of her/wishing her well. She just needed a break. :)

I know what you mean, though. Often this hellsite is the only connection we have to people. When someone you like and have grown fond of by seeing them brighten your dash daily/weekly is suddenly gone, you do miss and wonder about them.
