These Rudolph cupcakes are a festive and adorable treat that will delight both kids and adults during the holiday season. They are perfect for Christmas parties and celebrations!
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup water. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2 cups powdered sugar. 2-3 tablespoons milk. Red food coloring. Mini pretzels. Mini marshmallows. Black edible gel icing. Candy eyes. Red M&M candies. Chocolate chips for antlers.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and chocolate cake mix in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. The cake batter should be about two thirds of the way up each cupcake liner. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool all the way down on a wire rack after taking them out of the oven. In a different bowl, cream the butter that has been softened. Adding the powdered sugar and milk little by little will make the frosting smooth and creamy. To make Rudolph's nose red, add a few drops of red food coloring at a time until you get the color you want. Use a piping bag or a spatula to cover each cupcake with the red frosting. Put two candy eyes on each cupcake to make Rudolph's face. Put a small marshmallow on top for the nose, and draw a mouth on with black edible gel icing. Cut mini pretzels in half and put one in the middle of the top of each cupcake to make antlers. In the middle of each marshmallow nose, put a red M&M candy. To make Rudolph's antler tips, use chocolate chips. Now it's time to eat your Rudolph cupcakes!
