Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup of water. 1 cup of chocolate frosting. 1 package of candy melts various tropical colors. Cake pop sticks. Assorted decorations edible flowers, mini umbrellas.
Instructions: As directed on the package, bake the chocolate cake. After allowing the cake to cool fully, crumble it into a big bowl. Mix the chocolate frosting thoroughly with the crumbled cake. Form the cake mixture into tiny balls and arrange them on a baking sheet that has been lined. Melt the candy in distinct bowls, each featuring a distinct hue from the tropical spectrum. Insert a cake pop stick into a cake ball after dipping its tip into the melted candy. Each cake pop should be completely covered with the melted candy melts, letting any excess drip off.
