Calamitous begin prices Spurs as they endure third-successive defeat
Tottenham Hotspur fell to a third-successive defeat in all competitions as they had been crushed 2-1 by Fulham within the Premier League on Saturday.
Kenny Tete and Harry Wilson profited from a disastrous opening interval from Spurs, who discovered themselves 2-0 down simply six minutes in after Guglielmo Vicario gifted the guests a second aim when dashing out to stop an assault.

4. Do you have any OCs? Do you have a story for them?
Oh boy, do I!
I'm so glad you asked. I have the aforementioned dnd characters, I wrote a novel last year and I've got a new one brewing right now too.
I've got Ayenna, who is interested in trying new foods and making friends, but is unfortunately a pawn in a Goddess' game. I've got Dolvan, who is interested in Ayenna and quietly reading romantic poetry, but unfortunately has a curse and a platonic soulmate who keeps on getting visions of a horrible future.
And then there's Prince Floryss, who is interested in reading bad poetry to excellent courtesans and performing harmlessness as hard as he can so he doesn't get assassinated. He gets a Dolvan and an Ayenna though, so he can't complain.
They all think they're the one normal one in the room and they absolutely aren't and I love them
(they're on AO3)
The current novel is still brewing, but the main characters are pretty much crystalised:
The main protagonist is Feriha, a woman who has schemed her way up to being the co-ruler of her citadel and wife to the ruler-by-divine-right. (The divine right here being the whim of the river god who came out of the river when the city was founded and made a deal with the ruling family. If one of their blood isn't on the throne, the river might run dry).
She is dutiful, competent and extremely annoyed that her husband (and his legitimacy to rule) is missing and now she has to entertain all his usurping relatives who descend upon the city for the chance to rule. If they don't stop insulting her she might have them thrown off the city walls, drought be damned).
And then there's her childhood best friend Kaare, who is what happens when a girl grows up beautiful with no responsibilities and everyone thinking she's Blessed. Kaare is unhinged about her best friend, her fiancé is mysteriously dead and she's going to scheme, seduce and assassinate whoever is insulting her bestie. (Feriha Does Not Approve).
I want to write unhinged female friendships that are more important than whatever romantic entanglements they can get in to and I'm already having a lot of fun with these two. Feriha gets a girlfriend, Kaare gets trapped in her own honeypot plot, but all throughout, they are each other's most important person. It's about the friendship
I don’t usually simp on main but Taylor was out here saying things like “calamitous love and insurmountable grief” and it made me want to claw my chest open because yes yes my love clatters around inside me and keeps me from healing because the grief of what I lose every day from this stupid sad violent lovely world is insurmountable. I loved it too much and I loved my life too much and as it burns around me I grieve anew every day. My love is in shambles around me. My grief is constant.
