Something ive been thinking of muchly is how a lot of nm's asks have been worded? A lot of the others are "wants" "prefers" etc, but nightmares are often with something like "is fine with" "not opposed to" etc

Maybe thats just representative of how he talks about it himself, if asked?

Pretty much, he isn't big on vocalizing things he wants unless its in the form of an order.
