This is for the very distant future, but eventually I would like to be able to follow the complete workout routine by Hybrid Calisthenics (currently working on my push ups).
I'm just writing the list of exercises here so I don't have to keep looking it up.
Push ups (currently: 45x3 inclined push ups; goal: 3x25 full)
Squats (currently: 3x20 full squats; goal: 2x30 full)
Bent Arm Planks (currently: 30x3; goal: 3x60)
Planks (currently: 3x30sec; goal: 3x60)
Dips (currently: 3x8; goal: 3x30)
Leg raises (goal: 2x25 full) (at which point, I should also be able to do crunches/situps)
Bridges (goal: 2x15 full)
Twist holds (goal: 3 per 60 sec, both sides, full)
Pull ups (goal: 3x12 full) (this is gonna be the last I tackle because i need to sign up to the gym to get a pull up bar ugh)
+ there are more difficult levels and optional exercises (like lunges) if I want to overachieve.
With my chill pace, I hope I'll accomplish this goal in the next 3-5 years (so 2028 or 2030).
