can we just discuss the scene in the hospital - “always wanted to date a hero”/“so it was a date?” SO SOFT AND UNDERRATED 😭

oh my god YES YES YES 

this is one of my favourite underrated scene ever. it’s everything. it’s gentle and delicate and tentative. there’s so much emotion in that scene, most of which neither boys realised at that point and that’s what made it so beautiful. and that line, god that line has always stuck with me because it gave off such mutual pining vibes!!!! and ben was just this shy gooey mush that we hadn’t (at that point) seen all that often (we see it week in week out now lmao)

i’ve got a feeling based on the spoilers for friday regarding ben that all’s not done with this storyline, especially with jack now seemingly involved too? it did seem like such a weird scene, but yeah, i can see something else happening on thursday that will make that scene seem less strange

i truly hope so but at the same time i really can’t see how some scenes later this week can make today less strange and i’m afraid it’s gonna turn into a jack vs phil or something like that and ben and callum will be forgotten... but i guess we’ll soon find out 😅

omg you’re watching torchwood for the first time? i am SO invested now i love it when people watch torchwood/doctor who for the first time when i know what’s happened👀

haha yes!! my best friend’s thing is to educate me in good telly if there’s something she thinks i need to watch (she made me stay up all night watching old disney films once, she does not joke about this) and im definitely a doctor who fan so she thought that i should have watched torchwood, therefore we’re clowly getting through it together. i know a little bit about what happens because i’ve had to deal with her getting rather emotional about it before she decided that i had to watch it but im still looking forward to seeing it haha, it seems really good so far and i love capt jack (although i loved john barrowman before so like that’s not a surprise)
