Not sure if people here suffer from anxiety, but Im always trying to find new ways to combat it and thought I'd share in case anyone else could use the help. Got an aromatherapy humidifier off amazon and it's extremely calming. Picked up a synergy blend oil that's supposed to reduce anxiety and added that for the aroma function. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to have a calming nook in their space. #aromatherapy #humidifier #antianxiety #calmingnook
