Not sure if people here suffer from anxiety, but Im always trying to find new ways to combat it and thought I'd share in case anyone else could use the help. Got an aromatherapy humidifier off amazon and it's extremely calming. Picked up a synergy blend oil that's supposed to reduce anxiety and added that for the aroma function. Ya know what, I am extremely excited to start my second job tonight because it will open up the door to take the next step in my life. With these funds I can finally get an apartment with the man I love and our furbabies.
HOWEVER, getting this job has made me harbor more displeasure to the way this country is conducting itself. That fact that I need two jobs to get a /one bedroom apartment/ that I will be only paying half the rent is ridiculous. And Im not speaking from a min wage perspective. I make salary. But I also have to pay off the the massive interest these banks screw us out of to cover the already high prices of education that we need in order to get a job that is salary and not min wage. It's a vicious cycle and it's painful to see that I will end up paying double if not more of what I borrowed for school. I will be paying this off until most people would have already been looking towards retirement. I will never retire. I won't be able to. And again, Im not speaking from a 'struggling' perspective. I have never missed a loan payment or any other payment for that matter. I had the highest scholarship to my college they offer. I worked part time while I was also a full time student. I graduated on time, with honors as Valedictorian of my class. After all that it's sickening that I'm still paying what I am and people are telling me that it's our generations fault because we are 'lazy'.
