These foods also pack a lot more nutrients your body needs.⠀ ...⠀ I get it, a salad is not equivalent to the deliciousness of French fries. I enjoy eating healthy but I am not delusional. 🤪⠀ ...⠀ You can still have your fries but just keep in mind you might find they don’t keep you full as long and leave you feeling prematurely hungry after eating them. ⠀ ...⠀ The more processed a food is, the higher the chance of over-eating it is.
