It was late and I was bored, i couldn't sleep when Calum wasn't home so i decided to make him return from the club earlier than planned. I started off with something small and took a photo of my bare legs in bed and snap chatted him. As i waited for his answer i changed into the sexiest lingerie i could find. Red was Calum's favorite color on me so i changed into a red, lace set and the silk-robe he got me for christmas. I grabbed my phone and saw that he had answered. "Sexy legs ;)" he answered with a pitch black photo. Just the reaction I was hoping for. I took a photo in the mirror, it showed the perfect amount of skin. This time his answer came faster. * "Babe. Please don't." it said. Oh yes baby, i thought to myself and let the robe fall down my shoulders and snapped one more photo in the mirror. Frozen Fingers- Calum Hood

  I was truly miserable. It was like somebody had sucked the life out of me. I didn’t want to be happy. I didn’t want to leave my apartment. I didn’t want to pretend that I was completely happy and everything was perfectly fine…

Everything wasn’t fine. Nothing was fine at all. The one person I wanted to have at my birthday party wasn’t here and I hadn’t even got a happy birthday call from him. Time zones suck. I hadn’t spoken  to Calum since last night when he called. I had expected him to be telling me that his flight had just landed, although it was slightly delayed. But that wasn’t the case. Calum wasn’t at the airport. In fact, he wasn’t even in Australia. He was in LA. He had been pulled into a ‘quick’ interview and photoshoot that had meant he wouldn’t be able to get a flight home for another three days. Of course, he always agrees to anything the band wants him to do.

I sat, sulking, and watched my friends and family laugh and joke at the dinner tables around me. People were dancing next to the booming speakers and I felt pain spread across my forehead. Tears welled up in my eyes as I quietly excused myself from the table where my best friends were too engrossed in their conversation to notice that I was no longer present and I jumped outside, tumbling down the steps until I was sat on the bottom ledge. I began to weep, my eyeliner running and I gripped my jeans, trying to get away from the panic that was taking over my entire body.

This isn’t the place, Y/N. Not here.

I sat for a while, letting the cold nip at my fingers, the numbness offering an escape from the pain that the rest of my body was feeling. I longed for the feeling of not feeling at all. I wanted to be back home, wearing Cal’s clothes, feeling his embrace as he brought my body out of this bubble of fear. I needed him. I couldn’t do this any longer. I couldn’t bear it.

“Y/N?” I heard a soft call from a distance away. I glanced up to see a dark figure running towards me, shrugging their jacket off. I tried to stand but the cold had made my legs numb and I clutched the wall as I wobbled perilously in my heels, letting out a cry.

Then the figure grabbed me, I thought to push them away but was too weak so instead allowed them to embrace me and cried into their chest. I felt fabric being wrapped around my icy skin and a kiss placed to my forehead. I looked up, startled.

Staring back down at me were a pair of chocolate brown eyes that melted my heart. It was him. Cal.

“Cal?” I stuttered, tears falling from my eyes. “Is it you?”

He chuckled lowly. “Happy birthday, Y/N” he hugged me tighter. But what the fuck are you doing out here on you own? Are you crazy.” He began shuffling me inside but my legs fell from underneath me due to the lack of feeling in my muscles. I closed my eyes, hoping that the pain striking my body from the cold would vanish. I felt a hand scoop my legs up. Calum carried me into the building and sat me down in a side room. In the dim lighting I could just see his flawless skin as he leaned towards me.

“I missed you so much” I trembled. He didn’t reply. Instead he pushed his warm lips onto my frozen ones, and I knew that he’d missed me too.

Calum Hood- Cold Feet

My muscles clenched in my stomach and agony shot through my hands as they shook violently. My vision was blurry, my breathing uneven. I ran my hands through my hair, squeezed my eyes shut and attempted to bring my hands into a fist but they were too weak. I needed to get it together. Fast. My family were here, his family were here and all our friends were waiting for me. That thought didn’t help my situation as I stood behind the doors to the room.

I was in the most beautiful dress, with the most beautiful flowers in my hair, in the most beautiful place, and I was about to marry the most beautiful man, but the stress was just too much. I was going to back out, I knew it.

Just when I was about to say I couldn’t do it and walk off the grand doors opened to reveal hundreds of people, some were smiling, and some were crying (Cal’s Mum in particular)… But they all had one thing in common. They were all staring at me.

I could feel my heart racing inside my ribcage. I was struggling to control my breathing as the music started playing and I stumbled forward a few steps. I was in a trance-like state as I moved down the aisle towards the altar, towards my future husband.

I looked up from my feet and my eyes locked with Calum’s. A massive grin was plastered to his face; his eyes were tearing up slightly as he stared directly into mine.

Time seemed to stop, my heartbeat slowed and my breath was stuck in my throat. The next thing I knew I was at the altar, the music had stopped and Calum was smiling directly at me.

“Don’t be nervous, babe.” He said quietly, “You look gorgeous.” He took my hand and I smiled. This was where I was supposed to be.

“Thank you.” I replied, a single tear of happiness falling onto my cheekbone.

I hope you like it :-) ******* It had been weeks now since y/n and Calum had broken up. Calum had just left, ignored her phone calls, all of that. She regretted it all so much. What a stupid, stupid mistake it all was. And the worst part is how foolish she was, that was so low of herself. Y/N believed she could trust Calum with all her heart, be with him forever, promise to never leave eachother. They promised to always be honest to eachother. And their biggest promise, they would always be back no matter what. Oh, what a big lie that was. A big lie. What a fucking dirtbag. Y\N hated him, she hated him so much. But she couldn't leave him behind, she couldn't let him go, and that was the worse part. Y/Ns friends tried several times to help her get over him, but it never worked. And the fact that she was dealing with depression, made it worse. Calum lying to her, just piled up to the top of reasons to be depressed. More than anything, he had made Y/N feel like absolute shit. She felt fucking pathetic. That's all she was, and would ever be. Pathetic. Y\N walked through the hallways, lifeless. That's how she felt, lifeless. And everywhere she went, there was always a pain in her chest, or a missing piece, an empty part. The feeling sucked. ”y-y/n...” Y/n heard a voice say her name, frightened that she would break down at the sound of his voice, y/n walked faster. He came back. She could already feel her eyes starting to water up, and she didn't dare want to let them spill. ”y/n!!!!” Calum shouted. Y/n felt so small, so lost, she could break down and fall any second. Y/n stumbled, and began running, running...running anywhere, as long as she could get away from him. It of course, caused people to stare. She didn't really care, y/n just wanted to get away from him. She ran to the exit doors, pushing harshly for them to open. Y/N ran out and fell on her knees dropping all her belongings. She looked down, her hair covering her face. y/n could feel Calum standing behind her, she sucked in a sob, ”you...you got me, now what do you want?” She spoke, harsh, yet quietly. ”I want to talk.” he stated, softly- worried that y/n would runaway again. ”Well, it's pretty fucking obvious, now hurry up.” Y/n spat. ”Y/N I-I am so fucking sorry, so so so fucking sorry. Remember... never leave eachother no matter what.” Calum said, unsurely. That's the best he could give y/n? The fucking promise? He walked to sit next to her, crisscross. ”Well that promise is broken! It's fucking broken, Calum! It's broken all because of you. So don't give me that bullshit.” Y/N screamed at Calum. She knew she would break any second now, but she didn't care. ”y/n if you could listen for one sec-” y/n could feel the tears streaming down her face, and she couldn't stop it. Pulling her sweater sleeves over her hands, y/n wiped at her eyes. ”Calum, please...just leave me alone! You already hurt me enough and...and...and you honestly think coming to me will be the best thing to do? You think I'm just gonna give into you easily? Well I fucking won't. I fucking won't. Because of you, I've been more broken then ever, and it fucking sucks. and I hate you so fucking much. Did you know that? But the thing is I always have hope you'll come back, and I'm just a fucking mess. You're probably just gonna leave me again anyways. So no, I won't forgive you.” Y/N snarled. Getting up on her feet, she walked away, letting the tears continuously stream down her face. y/n left Calum speechless. Calum caught up to y/n, spinning her around so she would be facing him. "Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!" "No," Calum breathed. "I won't." All y/n could do was wail in protest as Calum grabbed ahold of her wrists. He pecked her on the lips. "You know I'm no good with words. But I do truly apologize, I'm sorry I left, I'm sorry I lied. I did it because...because I didn't want to hurt you b-but I hurt you even more. And I am so fucking sorry y/n. Forgive me please, we don't even have to get back together, all I ask is for forgiveness." "You lied...you left, but you're back now." She said softly, as another tear trickled down her cheek. Calum sighed heavily and engulfed her into a tight hugged. He inhaled her scent, missing the sweet smell of the rose perfume she always sprayed on lightly. "I'm back, baby. And I won't leave again, I promise."

Coming Home - Calum One Shot

 ”Mist you Daddy”, as she wraps her arms around his neck and his arms wraps around her tiny waist, he let’s out a sigh that feels like it’s been on hold ever since he left home.

Being on tour with your three best mates, is all he’s ever wanted. But this, being a father to the most adorable little three year old on the planet, that’s got to be the best thing that’s ever happened to him. Of course they have a few breaks here and there, where he flies home for a few days, or get his girls flewn out to him, so it isn’t like he never get’s to see her, but this. Being home is definitely the best feeling there is.

”Where’s mommy, huh? Where is she hiding?” He asks, as he stands up with her in his arms. A loud bang, comes from the kitchen and he can’t help but chuckle at the sound of his wifes clumsiness. But Penelope on the other hand shrieks, puts her hands over her ears, while staring at him with wide eyes. ”Let’s go save mommy, before she ruins something, yeah?”

Penelope removed her hands, and starts rambeling about something that one of the kids in her playschool did, but he doesn’t really get the hang on of what she is saying. Of course he doesn’t tell her that, he just smiles happily at her, and nods at everything she says.

Nearing the kitchen, he can hear his wife, mumbeling and swearing about god knows what, though this time it’s probably about whatever she just messed up. And his smile only widens, because he is home. With his two favorite girls, and one of them doesn’t even realise yet.

So he just stops at the kitchen door, looking at her stumbling about in the kitchen, cooking whatever and looking like she is about to cry. Turning around, she puts her hands on the countertop bows her head down and takes a few deep breaths.

”Is mommy sad, daddy??” Penelope all but whispers, looking back and forth between her parents. ”I don’t know baby, is mommy sad?” He asks loudly, and clearly he startles her because, she’s quickly turned around staring at both of them with big wide eyes. Like she cannot believe he is actually there.

”Hi”

And before Calum could even blink, he’s got his armfull of his favorite girls. She doesn’t say anything, not that she really had to, after all these years he’s got her figured out.

After a little while, he put’s down Penelope, who’s quick to scatter away and into the living room probably. Kissing his wife’s hair, forehead, cheeks and all the way down to her soft, soft lips, makes him all fluttery on the inside, just like it has from the moment they meet.

”What’s wrong pretty girl?” ”Nothi-” ”Don’t you dare lie to me, I know you. Now please tell me what’s wrong so I can get this frowny wifey away and, my smiling happy wife back. Because good god have I missed her.”

”I’m sorry.. I’m just so so tired, and my stomach keeps getting bigger and bigger. I don’t get it, it wasn’t this big when I was pregnant with Penelope. And it’s just in the way all the time, and my back jesus my back is killing me. Calum what’s happening this baby, was supposed to be out a month ago, and where is it Calum? It’s still inside this god damn stomach. I-”

”Shhhhh babe. You’re freaking out, I can barely get a word out of what it is you’re saying. I know this is hard on you baby. I know, but you have done so perfect, so absolutely perfect, keeping our baby healthy and safe right in there. And you wanna know the reason our little bub hasn’t come out yet? It’s because he’s waited for daddy to come home, couldn’t come to our world without daddy now could we?”

”You’re my favorite person in the world, you know that?” She sniffles while she wipes her face from the tears that started to run.

”And you’re mine. I love you Mrs. Hood, now go find Penelope and let’s all just sit down and watch a movie, and let me enjoy that I’m finally home.” ”I can’t right now babe. I was in the middle of making dinner, and then I still had to do the-” ”Forget about it, I’ll order us some food. And then I’ll clean the kitchen and everything. Don’t you worry your pretty little head. I’ve got it covered.”

”I love you.”

”Yeah I know.”

”Calum? Calum wake up! Oh my god, Calum wake the fuck up!” Another rush of pain goes right through her, as she tries to wake up her sleeping husband.

Groggily, he manages out a sleep filled “What?”, before she lets out a shriek as another painful contraction hits her. “Baby?” he whispers, then sits up, “Baby what’s going on? Are you alright?” Immediately bright awake, as she screams a little louder.

“The baby’s coming, my fucking water broke. Get Penelope, get my bag, and get me to the fucking hospital.”

It didn’t take many minutes, for Calum to get her, Penelope and himself dressed and out of the door to the hospital. He felt a little bad for waking up Penelope in the middle of the night (Heaven knows how cranky she can get if she doesn’t get enough sleep), but he’d already messaged Ashton, asking him to come pick up Penelope at the Hospital.

As they parked outside the hospital, Calum looked back at Penelope who’d already fallen asleep again, before turning back to his wife, who was doing the best she could not to scream and shout so Penelope didn’t wake up.

“Ashton just answered babe, he’ll be here in just a moment. Can you stay here for just two seconds, I’ll go fetch you a wheelchair and then I’ll be right back. I love you baby, you’re doing wonderful.” Without even waiting for her to answer, he was out of the car, running to the main entrance and straight towards the reception, where a young woman was sat.

“Hi, excuse me. But my wife is about to have our baby out in the car right now, could you please help me get a wheelchair and a room and yeah, please help me?” Without further a do, the woman had called out a nurse who came running towards him with a wheelchair and a doctor behind her.

Getting out to the parking lot, he saw Ashton pick up a sleeping Penelope from her car seat. “Thank you so much, I’ll text you when later, when everything is over, so you can bring her over alright? I love you man!” He rambles before patting Ashton on the cheek, and kissing his daughters forehead.

A knock on the door, interrupts Calum from saying anymore, but when he sees whose there he’s not even bothered. “Good morning Princess.” Quickly he’s gotten her in his arms, kisses her face and blows a raspberry at her chubby little cheek.

“Daddy,” She giggles and jumps a bit in his arms.

“Mommy and Daddy’s got a surprise for you baby girl.” “Persen? Pen persen?” “It’s not exactly a present baby, but it’s something way better than anything you could ever want.” The confused look on her face, has got to be one of the cutest thing’s he’s ever seen. But instead of keep on talking, he just brings her over to the hospital bed.

“Hi baby princess, meet Elliot.”

“Who at? Lil baby”

“This little baby, is you baby brother Penny, he’s your little brother.”
