✨WELCOME TO CAMP CRYPTID✨

This isn’t the whole group of friends, only my solo shots as Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster. Our theme for this photoshoot was Moonrise Kingdom meets Cryptids, and I think my vintage Girl Scout uniform and butterfly net fit the bill!

Fun fact: I was never a Girl Scout ever, so this was fraud of the highest order 😉

For those of you new around these parts, hello, I do costuming and fantasy strangeness in my off hours. The week of Halloween, I post photos of my work, etc., leading up to the day of as well as posts of how I made some of the costumes. This year, all of it is going to be over on @vialsofivory (my pretty things side blog).

ok so one time me and my bestie were hardcore planning to make our own slenderseries. something small, abt 10 vids worth of content.

the intention wasn't 4 it to go viral or anything. it was more of a sentimental way to call an end to our childhoods by creating something that encapsolated our interests we had growing up together. a nod to our 12yr selves and something that we could watch for a good dose of cringe later on.

tbh I'd still love to go thru w the project, but it'd have to be further on down the line. bc oh boy is adulting hard, and making time 4 a project that big is nearly impossible.

anyways- where I'm going w this- i thought an alternative to the traditional video format of most slenderverse content would be a lil comice series or something??

idk if I'll get around to that even, but I sure can daydream abt that! so yeah- BE READY FOR SOME SELF INSERT SHIT LETS GOOOO000000!!!

I'm mostly thinking of character sheets and lil off hand comic strips.

if anyone's interested, I can go into a bit of depth on the world building. my version of slenderman was made souly 4 this project, so there'll be some over lap w the content already on my blog.
