Savor the delicious flavors of a traditional s'mores treat paired with smooth ice cream. When you're craving a sweet, frozen treat, this Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Ice Cream is the ideal choice for summer nights spent by the campfire.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup chocolate syrup. 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir until the sugar and cocoa powder dissolve, and the mixture is heated but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. During the last few minutes of churning, add in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers. Churn until they are evenly distributed. Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container, drizzle with chocolate syrup and marshmallow fluff, and gently swirl them into the ice cream using a spatula or knife. Cover the container and freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours or until it's firm. Serve your Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Ice Cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
