S'mores Bars are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat. They combine the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into a convenient and gooey dessert bar that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 2 cups mini marshmallows. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Melted butter, granulated sugar, and graham cracker crumbs should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand and the crumbs are coated evenly. To create the crust, press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan that has been greased. Over the graham cracker crust, distribute the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly. Over the chocolate chips and marshmallows, distribute the sweetened condensed milk equally. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown, in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven and allow it cool fully in the pan using a wire rack. Cut into bars after they've cooled, then savor your delectable S'mores bars!
