Camping Prep 2023
Morning all. Hope you are well. Young Master Duke is sleeping so sweetly on the bed, and I’m settled in at the desk. My Beloved has been spoiling me something fierce again. I’ve been conned into attending a camping event this year in June. Prep for this event has started already. I’ve been going through my camping gear, cleaning and organizing what I will need for 2023. Things I need to…

Breaking news and subsequent update:
I’ve created babies.
Too many.
I realize I will never be able to provide for them all. For that reason, I’ve now begun eating some of my young.
It’s the best I could do for them.

GETINTHERE
Day 108 Bee and I had a full day of bonding today. We went to the practice where she got two patients in and out. We grabbed BBH in San Jose and did some retail therapy at Valleyfajr mall. Went a little ham at Zara. Found some nice jeans. Had another lady mistaken Bee as my mom. Poor bee. She looks young and is young. But I guess our age difference is so big that it can be confusing. We grabbed dinner at foreign cinema and split a full bottle of wine. This explains why I'm so buzzed tonight. We headed back the apartment and I counted all the freeze dried food we got for Havasupai SO MUCH FOOD. 31 packets!! But tonight, this happened. What happens when your mom cries and wonders why your dad doesn't visit her dreams? This is not something you can really help her with. This isn't something that you can actually do. Her dreams are in her brain. And if dad really can spiritually visit her, you can't even tell dad what to do. Is it mom and her need for control? Is it her guilt? I miss dad but I've learned to reconcile that he can do what he wants. He loves us and he won't hate us. He and all of us tried the hardest to keep him alive. But there's only so much. So what i can do now is just make him proud. Try to be the best human as possible. Try to be as happy as possible. Give myself the life I want and that he would want. He would want me to be happy. So let's focus on being happy.
Got a lot of organizing done today.
Got my range bag almost where I want it; it’s a dorky little rolling suitcase that has pretty much all the incidentals I need for a range trip, plus cleaning supplies. All It’s missing is targets (bag is too small) and a vial of Ed’s Red, which I’ll add soon.
Ordering new wheels and tires for the Srewbaru today, tomorrow I’mma hamme rout the parts for the target stands and sharpen knives.
