I just remembered that interview that Sunagawa and Nakagawa gave… The one that released right after ep 16, where they talked about Jin exploding and Horobi being captured…

I distinctly remember that Nakagawa said something about ‘now Ikazuchi just needs to be revived, and Bou needs to appear, and the family will be back together!’—well, look what’s happening.

In that same interview, Sunagawa got asked about the possibility of Horobi reaching singularity, and he said that bc he was (obviously) built before Jin, that’s a thing that would/could/should be happening… And he also commented that ‘it’d be great if he could reach singularity through parental love.’
