You know your mental health is lacking when you need to download an app that tells you what to do everyday. And it has to be a widget or else you'll never open the app. And if it ONLY sends notifications they'll disappear like your backlog of voicemails you keep forgetting about.

Anyways. I shower like a normal human now because there's a little checkmark on my phone, and I'm very task oriented so I have to do it or else I'm a failure. I should probably mark one down to wash my face twice a day too because I spent half a check on skincare and need to use it.
