Was looking at the KPDH art book and noticed that they mentioned in the Weapons section something about the Hunters’ voices and their "sonic superpowers."

And when I think of sonic superpowers, I always think of Black Canary's "canary cry."

I think it'd be interesting if Rumi had something similar since she has such a particular effect on the Honmoon whenever she screams.

Something like knocking demons back with sonic waves/honmoon strands. Disorienting them by having a deafening roar. Not something she'd use often because it puts too much strain on her throat. She values her voice too much. (also her scream when she's fighting back gwima's fire is crazy good)

But if the other girls are too far and they're in danger, the cry gets pulled out of her throat and it'll ripple through the barrier towards the demon. It might also hurt the other girls' ears if not directed well.

Or maybe because her screams are so strong it's the reason why it always rips the Honmoon apart. Double-edged sword.

Bonus points if she begins to lose her voice every time she uses it.

The Evermore Grimoire: Projection Powers

Sonic Scream is the power to emit a highly enhanced scream of a high amplitude from the vocal cords, typically for offensive purposes, like causing destruction. Those that wield this power can manifest a destructive scream or a destructive wave of sonic energy either in front of them or if they then turn around, moving the scream in the process. Normally whenever they scream, it requires them to be extremely loud and have a perfect aim. Once the wielder starts, they can't stop until all the energy is released. They can also direct their screams over large distances and even aim it at specific targets, without affecting their allies. Depending on the skill of the wielder, the attack can severely vibrate many materials causing them to shatter or disintegrate. They can also repel targets with immense air pressure, disorient, injure or even outright kill any organic target by fatally rupturing their internal organs or reducing their bones to powder.

Something about screaming can be so visceral and cathartic…and I always liked Black Canary, and any sound based heroes thinking about it -hides my present mic merch- But like I really like doing the art of her screaming, looking like she has been through heck her body is gone through things and its just SCREAM not pretty scream, I want messed up make up and ruined fishnets darn it she has gone through battle and the pose doesn't make since but she is mid fight who cares.
