Something I’ve been wanting to show is Labrum comforting Trevini during one of her bad nights.

Trevini suffers from something similar to intrusive thoughts but the thing is more of them are true.  They’re not lies, fake images, etc.  They’re things she’s done in her past.  You can’t kill the gods or goddesses but they do go into a type of “sleep” and sometimes don’t awaken with all their memories or strength.  The other family members the gods and goddesses are close with usually slowly help them get back to their true selves.  Some of them come back in their original form and age and some don’t.

Trevini’s one of the ones who has come back several times.  Sometimes even locking her self away to save her family.  This time around though she struggles a lot with who she is now and what she used to be.  Her past scares her, she’s scared she’ll hurt others or lose the ones she loves again.

By the time Labrum comes into Treivni’s life she’s already dealt with a lot of her issues.  But they come flooding back once she ends up in the Mirror World, with a new form and finding out this is a world she created/owns that doesn’t remember her.  So not only is she trying to find herself all over again she’s trying to prove to the mirror world people that she is their original creator..but honestly she’s just trying to get by more then prove herself to them.

Labrum comes back with Trevini to the main world and witnesses just how bad her bad days can be.  Her brothers, sisters, all of her family are used to helping her but she seems to have the best time dealing with it when Labrum is there with her.  He’s just as new to all of this as she mostly is and grounds her.  Seika, who was there before Labrum, has a different approach.  More like a trainer, a bodyguard and a strict older sister.  Labrum’s approach is a protector, significant other, etc.

Thought it was time to show Labrum comforting Trevini though one of those bad nights.

Another rough paint up this time of Labrum.  Lots of areas left not touched up but hey it’s practice.  I kinda like how his armor was coming out.
