It will be a new mini volume of 18 pages that comes bundled with the Shingeki Fly artbook. . Four pages and the cover have been shared.

Going by what's been seen, it seems to pick up right where the anime left off. Levi is together with Gabi and Falco. The leaked pages indicate he's telling the story of his childhood.

working on the wings au rn and like. I have had. the ending planned since the first page. i knew where I was headed and what I wanted to do. and now I am here. and the story has decided it wants to do something different. it's still similar, still carries the message I want. it's the same thing but slightly to the left, and I'm still happy with it. but also. dude.

I love how stories do that. How they adapt and how they change and flow like a river that shifts it's course when the water still needs to flow somewhere.

Like the river's still there, almost the same, barely unchanged. But the water had to run, and if it won't run in one place then it can in another.

Or I suppose you could think of your story as a snake. One that has laid in the sun on it's rock on a warm, clear afternoon. But now as the sun moves downward in the sky, as you story may progress, the snake makes itself as warm as it can on the rock, moving to the right and to the left, a mind of it's own.

Either way they are such incredible things aren't they? I'm so very excited to see the wings au come to a close, and I know that whatever you have planned will be absolutely extraordinary.

AH! Thank you! I actually got the idea for how I want the plot to go from a story I read AGES ago called The Duke and I... they have JUST turned it into a miniseries that will debut on Netflix on Christmas Day! (RACE BLIND CASTING TOO - I AM SO EXCITED) It was one of my favorite books ever. Obviously I changed a lot and it isn’t Regency England but... I hope you love it all the same! 🥰
