Canon details: after I got close to him and helped him shed some of the soldier personality (he was still very much a soldier, but he also started becoming more of an individual), Paladin Danse would actually listen to music on patrol when he was with others. Always at a very low volume but he said it helped him focus and not give in to the urge to think about how he was a synth. He loved all the music I gave him. Sometimes, I wonder if we had the same taste or if he loved it because it was from me.

As a side-note, finding holotapes of music I liked was hard. Kudos to all the radio station folks who scrounged up enough songs for actual radio stations, even if I didn't like them.

Oh, Danse also picked up the Minutemen "uniform" (literally just a blue plaid button-down, with allowance for just any blue top because specific stuff wasn't always easy to find, I once spent a month looking for a stuffed bunny, not even a specific color just any stuffed bunny, because a kid in Graygarden lost her parents and really wanted one, ended up having Mama Murphy sew her one from old ripped up blankets and just pulled the stuffing from a few teddy bears, and jeans with the shirt tucked in and a belt, it was the post-apocalypse, and not everyone was around and had access to military bases from the start like a certain techno-cult pseudomilitary) when he started to loosen up. He looked really cute in it, honestly, and Preston would sometimes put his hat on Danse because we both thought he looked cute. It also made Danse laugh. Ahh now I miss those two.

wasn't initially going to weigh in on the canon details ask game but the chronic pain in my knee came back n i had a flash of rememberance of wriothesley having that? n wearing braces to help? huh. hope hes doing better with that now bc now that ik what it feels like im certainly not envious -furina #🔮☠️🎶

for canon deets, i just need you guys to know that vivi spoke japanese with a southern accent. just a tad. not enough to be like obnoxious or anything but enough that you could hear it if you were paying attention. her family taught her when she was young but she, arthur, and i all grew up in texas so. :')

she was very obviously disgruntled about it all the time LOL but we thought it was cute, just another thing that was fun n unique abt her <3

For canon details. I remember one of my canon mates.

She was an Octoling that was a shy and easily flustered nerd. She wore the schoolgirl outfit you get from the Splat1 Fem Inkling amiibo, and I think it might’ve had to do with her growing up in the Octarian underground? That, and she used the Reef-Lux. I think we were close.

I miss her.

canon deets!!

jesper fahey smelt like citrus, jurda and gunpowder & had a habit of tapping his fingers on his legs a rhythm as a stim. amongst other things.

matthias was stupidly in love with nina. whenever she was brought up he got this lovely look in his eyes it was adorable

inej liked flowers & floral scents/flavours as they reminded her of home

kaz tended to bonk people with his cane and was the crows’ older brother

canon deets:

man, i could do this for hours. but to spare the rest of you the trouble:

beard: always wore shorts and sandals, even if it was raining, even if it was cold out. his favorite color was green. he was always always listening to music, i could hear it over the phone sometimes. he definitely had some sort of anxiety disorder but he'd always throw himself into work so he wouldn't have to think about it. he had a smile that i would kill for (...and i did).

gf: her favorite color was also green. she loved horror movies and painting her nails and window shopping. she was really good at competitive video games, way better than i ever was but she'd still play more laidback stuff with me. she had this really cute tooth gap that she hated. her laugh was one of the most beautiful things i'd ever heard in my life.

richard: his feathers were really soft, he'd let me run my fingers thru them sometimes. yellow was always his color but i knew he really liked neon pinks and oranges too; sunset colors. he was actually a really patient and sensitive guy, it's just that. well, circumstances wouldn't allow for that. we were a lot alike but he was always way smarter. his voice sounded like home.

(canon deets)

Amos dressed about the same as how she appears in canon- or at least, what little glimpses of here there are. I think she had either a deep brown or a blue corset (more like corset *belt* but still) and lace-up boots. Lavender eyes too, they were so cool!

Counting it because they're not explicitly mentioned or shown, I think I have most of my mother's appearance and then my freckles from my father. Also my father looked like a slight variation of the male NPCs in Springvale, for reference. I think my mother had some sort of floral-ish perfume too 'cus I keep thinking about all this and that keeps coming to mind.

I don't recall much of Amos's personality, but I know I saw her as an old sister figure. She was kind enough to teach me to wield a bow! :D

I *think* my red-haired warrior, he was one of those folks where he seemed rather mean/aloof but then he wasn't as bad when you got to know him. That being said, he too tried to teach me how to use weaponry. He used a claymore (greatsword) & tried to teach me to use one too, but after I nearly broke my foot from dropping the weapon on me...yeah. He taught me to wield a sword though! :]

And of course that silly little wisp... ironically enough, not a lot of memories with you, my friend, but I *do* remember putting him in a sock- like that "we put him in a sock 'cus he kept trying to eat the turkey" cat tiktok. Mischievous little fucker /affectionate
