Tuna Apple Salad
A little fire…a little sweet…a little crunchy…a fast munch or picnic favorite especially when you serve it on a bed of greens. Stave off that afternoon sleepy feeling with a healthy lunch like this...
1 - 12 oz. can tuna, water pack, drained
2 - 3 T. mayonnaise - no sugar added type
1 t. hot curry powder
1 lg. apple, cored, diced with skin
¾ c. celery, diced
Option: 2/3 c. chopped almonds extra crunch
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Serve on a bed of greens. It’s just that easy.
