A monthly dose of Cap Guy :D
Was planning to get this drawing out before the JoJolands chapter, but work and other stuff held me back. Did bits by bits and finally got it done! It's not...as detailed as I wanted it to be, but it'll do.
I don't know what the general consensus is for his colour scheme, so I just use Hol Horse's. Might revise it for later drawings, but until there's official Araki colours, he'll be like this. Also, we don't know how his stand The Hustle works exactly, so for now it's just a creative liberty.

Someone cleared up on Cap Guy's last name :0
Translation said "Lovelantes" (which is understandable, since "ラブ=ra-bu" in Japanese is "Love") but if considering that he's Spanish, "Laburantes" would be more accurate. The latter word meant "labourers"...and it kinda made sense that his Stand was named The Hustle too.
Nonetheless, it's not the translator's fault. If Jojolands get animated one day, you'll hear them call him "pa-ko-ra-bu-ran-te-su" in Japanese anyway.
So I'll be tagging him...Cap Guy, Paco Lovelantes, and Paco Laburantes...from now on.
Cap Guy really could be Hol's relative with how silly he is, plus with having such a weird Stand...but I do like his design. I'm not too surprised if he is Araki's favourite to draw.
If only I know what his colour scheme is, this could have been much more colourful.
Okay. I think I'm spoiled enough with Cap Guy that I can make a doodle of him. I'm just not sure about his face markings but I'm gonna go for it.

Actually I don't really mind being spoiled with the leaks, but do let me know if I accidentally spoil them here myself.
The only thing I will share here is this tho - high possibility Cap Guy is the main Jobro, and he might just be Araki's favourite to draw.
