Finan was happy to have some time off from campaigning with Uhtred. Their journeys were usually long and as head of the guard Finan didn't have much rest to speak of. When he did, he went into taverns for drinks and fun.

"Like what ye see, pretty?" He asked with a smile as he raised his mug at the person staring at him from a few seats further.

Vincent had a love-hate relationship with parties. It was great to get out of his apartment or the station and have a little bit of fun for awhile. But, he hadn’t expected to be dared. That dare consisting of going into the closet for seven minutes with a very attractive woman. 

She was absolutely right, though. None of this would matter in the morning and the two of them would most likely not see each other after that. That eased his nerves about all of this entirely.

Voldemort eye’d the rather shabby looking group. They stood closer together and further from his Death Eaters. They had a sickly look about them. Thinner, dirty, and unloved for a long time. However, not all of them were so woebegone. Fenrir and what he called his police looked strong if not mutt like.

Lord Voldemort wouldn’t be questioned for his new followers, yet Rookwood had yet to be told of the recent additions.
