she doesn’t like not having options. in general, rain happens to be kind of alright at planning out her next move. while she tends to be impulsive and always go with the first plan to pop into her head, she was well trained, so her plans were usually pretty good. but ace didn’t train her for anything like this. she could only set so many fires before she got burnt out herself. or she accidentally burned a building to the ground. one or the other.
and so while the look on her face is full of annoyance, she knows that he’s right. “fine.” she didn’t like strangers, and she hadn’t liked them before all of this, either. “but if you try anything, i will kick your ass.” her voice is about as rough as she can manage. “lead the way.”
