Seems like almost any interaction I have with a business now is followed up with a request for a review. Who has that kind of time? If I have strong feelings about my experience (good or bad), I’ll likely leave a review, but for the most part, just…no. I gave you my money in return for goods or services. I do not owe you anything beyond that.
In many cases, the time I would spend writing a review would exceed the amount of time you spent providing the good or service. Are you going to pay me for my time?
