These vegan Caprese sliders are a delightful twist on the classic dish. They are perfect for parties or as a tasty snack!
Ingredients: 8 small slider buns. 8 slices of vegan mozzarella cheese. 8 slices of tomato. 8 fresh basil leaves. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Slice the slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Layer each bottom bun with a slice of vegan mozzarella cheese, followed by a slice of tomato and a fresh basil leaf. Place the top half of each bun on top. In a small bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on the baking sheet around the sliders. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted. Remove from the oven and drizzle the sliders with balsamic glaze. Serve hot and enjoy!
