(Rate Ship) Xan/Hana, Xav/Cappy, Rhythm/Sakura, Nero/Giulia, Rian/Tal

Xan/Hana – A+

           This happy accident paved the way for a lot of things tohappen to the Multiverse. Hana’s the sunshine and rainbow that keeps Xander’scynical shadow in check and everyone in the Multiverse who knew the worrybuttonwould know Hana has never been safer than when she’s with Xander. Together,they pile on the love in form of desserts and stuff on everyone they cared for.I have so much love for this crackship that didn’t stay a crackship.

 Xav/Cappy – A

           This pairing is fluff personified. I love how these twofiercely cared for each other in their own special way. If there’s one personfully capable of keeping Xavier to the bed to rest and not have him grumbleabout it, it’s Cappy, and Xav loves to keep Cappy happy. Exhibit A-Z: lookitall their ‘children’ :D

 Rhythm/Sakura – A+

           Another happy accident that didn’t stay a crackship, whatI love about these two though is the fact that their journey and theirrelationship isn’t perfect, both of them did stupid things for each other buteven after all those years they wereable to truly find some happiness with each other. That it took them so long torealize things between them made them strongly attached to the other once theydid.

 Nero/Giulia – A

           These two. I swear.

           You have two very powerful bioroids together in a room.Add in some obvious sexual tension. A pinch of danger. And watch the fireworksfrom a safe (and likely soundproofed) distance. They’re both very fierce intheir own ways, and while it will never get out that they would kill for theother, they definitely will.

 Rian/Tal – A

           I initially have these two at B considering that wedidn’t even consider at first that they would actually learn to love each otherin that way (fyi: Thalia/Tal is a human in Pandy’s Asphodel verse and Rian isher NetNavi). But well, they were already inseparable and their feelings foreach other clear as day. No one was surprised, even if Op/Navi relationshipsweren’t so conventional.

Thoughts on Cappy, Fauve. What? I'm too lazy to log out, Xav.

“I can tell, Miss Pardra,” the bioroid said somewhat dryly. “But you did ask about Cappy and Fauve, so I’ll answer in meta, in the far future, because otherwise Fauve wouldn’t exist.”

He sat down, crossing one leg over another. “Cappy. I don’t even know where to begin with this dork. First off, I do want to confirm that I love him. I love him deeply, and I can’t imagine my life without him by my side. He always manages to catch my attention, and um– well, I should stick to PG-13. I do respect him. He might not seem like it as a newbuilt, but he’s fully capable of defending himself as a grownup, and is a bit more assertive. I’m glad, honestly – as much as I love coddling him, that’s not healthy for either of us.”

He bit his lip. “Fauve is… complicated. I love him – there’s no denying that. He’s probably the most like Fallen out of ‘them’, too, and that brings up some more-than-interesting moments between the two of us. The two of us are extremely different despite it all, and even though I discovered that he’s a bit of a cuddlebug himself, it’s sometimes a bit awkward between us. My fault completely, though.”

Odd had been the word his brother had used when half a day, a day now, had passed without any of them seeing or hearing from Xavier. But Sheol felt uneasy, as if the situation wasn't merely odd but foreboding. Xavier mother henned Caprice twice as much as he or Frith did. Unnerving indeed. So he had taken it upon himself to take a rare trip to a different world, Xavier's to be exact. He wanted to get to the bottom of this.

Unfortunately for Sheol, what he would find in place of Hunter HQ where Xav used to live, would be a mostly-destroyed city and very few people in sight. It appeared that something had exploded.

Simply finding Xav without contacting him would be a difficult challenge for anyone.

“Of course I have. You were scary when we first really met, and I was… what a naive little fifteen year old that had just discovered the multiverse at the time?” Xav scratched his head. “In hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have approached you, but I’m not complaining given what’s happened so far.”

He smiled sheepishly. “And then there was that incident. I’m still a little embarrassed that Cyril and Max had to rescue us, but we were really in no condition to be saving ourselves. And watching you then made my core hurt. And then there was what you did to… him, and that unnerved me because it meant you could do that to me if I ever infuriated you enough.”

The Un-Kidnapping (Xav)

“.....” Xav felt terrible. Not just emotionally, but physically. He had stressed himself out again -- he didn’t regret it in the least, given that his hunch had led him to finally finding Cappy.

None of them had expected that one of their very own -- a friend of Cappy’s father’s and a retired S-Class Maverick Hunter -- would’ve been the one to have kidnapped him. Xav still wasn’t completely sure what it had all been about -- apparently Virgil wanted revenge against ‘Fallen’, and had thought by torturing Cappy he could get revenge.

Xav wasn’t sure how that would have even worked, considering that Fallen was dead and gone, but Virgil had gone Maverick, and Mavericks weren’t exactly the most logical creatures. He was a bit surprised that he’d come out of the battle as well off as he was -- not only had Virgil known that he was another world’s X and Cappy’s boyfriend, but their skill levels were laughably different.

Virgil was an S-Class Hunter of the 17th with a century of experience. Xav had maybe twelve years of fighting experience, if even that, and hadn’t fought truly tough opponents in a very long time. Luck and Seraph had helped him win that fight, and Virgil was dead now and wouldn’t be attacking Cappy again.

“Can I just sleep for a year?” he’d muttered to Zero when he’d delivered Cappy home.

He hadn’t been so badly hurt that he would need bedrest again, thanks to Forte’s core, but it had worn him out emotionally to see Cappy in that state, and doing that sort of power output exhausted him considering that he was out of practice.

...Once he’d gotten a little rest, he would go visit Cappy again.

HC + Herald ((I'm going to be very self-indulgent here, but at this point any time Xav opens his mouth to talk about Herald I get surprised and I'm curious))

((Ffff You’re really curious about Herald, aren’t you? Alright then. This involves a lot of Skype RPing since Tumblr!Xav doesn’t know about Herald yet even if he’s already met her.

Xav was never quite sure what to think about Herald (the Armor) at first after he found out about her. He has warm feelings towards her because she (as Fallen) did pull him out of the water when he almost drowned once, and he was genuinely shocked when he realized that it was mainly her that did that and not Fallen himself.

As of right now, he’s both wary of her and… how should I put it… filial towards her? He knows how dangerous she can be and what she’s capable of - he did witness her bite the head of a Copybot off in her true form - and knows that if anything ever goes wrong and he is caught off-guard, she could kill him too. At the same time, he knows that she likes him? She cares about him, and is a lot more stable than the dorky redhead that Xav is in love with, and is capable of calming him down when need be.

Because of that, though he’s not in love with her, he does view her as a sort of maternal figure of sorts, though he wouldn’t actually admit that to either Cappy or her. He has admitted it to Xander though.))

HC + preferences ((Why do you like redheads so much, small fluffy child?))

((The first thing Xav would like to tell you is that he is not a small, fluffy child. XD

His preference for redheads - or those similar to red, like pink - is something that I’ve been trying to work out myself. He won’t only limit himself to redheads - that’d be silly, he says - but he does turn to look more if it’s a redhead. Cappy wasn’t the only redhead, and he’s even turned to look at Bevel in canon.

He finds red an attractive, bold color of someone that is not afraid to show their individuality - genetic or not. At the same time, I believe it might have something to do with Reuben (who is a redhead himself), and the fact that Xav’s known Reuben for a good, long portion of his life and is closer to him as an older brother figure than he was to Blues. And also Roll, who typically wore outfits that consisted of red and pink and always had great advice for him. Therefore, he views red as ‘safe’ and ‘protective’ subconsciously, and turns towards people that have red and pink on them.))
