You're great, your blog is great, you've definitely done nothing wrong with the whole tummy situation! I'm sorry people are coming down on you :( As another person with a bit of a tummy pudge, it warms my heart too! (Also I agree and also love it on Nicky and others.) Keep doing you <3
Hey- I love you!
Seriously, thank you!
I just want to know a person is comfy and healthy- what ever body type that may be.
Weren’t we just- like mere weeks ago- as a fandom talking about how much we love that Gina/Netflix/whoever didn’t force the boys to get unhealthy buff?? what happened to that energy??
I’d love some KongArthit! I’m terrible with prompts though. Uhh... How about one of them has an unexpected phobia and the other comforts him? Could be more fluff/emotional or more humorous, whatever you’re feelin!
Thank you for the prompt!! Not exactly a phobia in this one but close enough? Lol! I hope you enjoy this slightly fluffy little thing. KongArthit are always one of my faves as you know.

“P’Arthit, you made it,” Kongpob said with a bright smile when he noticed Arthit walking toward them. He had changed from his work clothes into something more casual, which was easily one of Kongpob’s favorite ways of seeing his boyfriend.
“Mn,” replied Arthit with a nod of his head. “Where’s the others?” They were supposed to be meeting Bright, Em, and their dates from what Arthit remembered - but Kongpob was the only one he saw standing around.
“They went inside already. Grabbing popcorn and seats.” Arthit nodded in understanding and started to walk with Kongpob into the theater. They walked closely enough to each other that Kongpob could feel Arthit’s hand brush against his own. It would be easy to reach out and just take a hold of his hand, but Kongpob continued to respect that Arthit was not a fan of public displays of affection like that. And he was well aware that he was going to end up pushing his luck soon enough. “So, there was something I forgot to mention before.”
“What’s that?” Arthit looked over at Kongpob as they walked, following his lead toward the correct theater that they were all supposed to be meeting in. They passed Em and his date at the concession counter and Arthit could see Bright and his date enter one of the theaters down the hallway in front of them.
Kongpob didn’t answer right away, choosing to stay quiet as they followed the other two into the right room. The screen was still dark and the lights were lit. Only a couple of other people could be seen scattered around the room. It wouldn’t be a very full viewing. Kongpob sat down in one of the seats in the row where Bright and his date were already sitting. There was still enough room for Em and his date at either end of the row. He gently tugged on Arthit’s arm to get him to sit down next to him. “What didn’t you mention?” Arthit questioned him.
“Oh. Right. Well. It was decided that we’re going to watch that new horror movie that just came out,” replied Kongpob with an innocent seeming smile as he watched Arthit tense in his seat next to him. He hadn’t realized when they agreed to meet up with the others to watch a movie and grab some dinner that it would be a horror movie, which he knew Arthit hated. He was rather a baby when it came to horror films. After he found out, he hadn’t told Arthit because he hadn’t wanted Arthit to bail on them - not that Arthit actually would, he would have just complained a lot and shown up anyway. Kongpob just hadn’t wanted to risk it. It had been a long while since they’d been able to hang out with their friends.
Arthit cleared his throat slightly as he shifted in his seat, attempting to get comfortable while staring straight ahead at the blank screen. “That’s fine. It’s just a movie,” he insisted, though Kongpob could hear the tension in it.
“If you’re sure…” Arthit nodded at the trailed off comment and Kongpob nodded as well.
Em and his date joined them not long after, sitting next to Bright and his date at the other end since Em’s date seemed to know Bright’s. Well, Kongpob was a little sure it was also because Em didn’t want to be sitting next to Arthit. Not that they hated one another or anything, they just didn’t spend a lot of time together. The movie was quick to start after that. Kongpob could feel Arthit tense next to him, even though it was only the trailers. Under the darkness in the room, Kongpob reached over and gently took ahold of Arthit’s. He smiled a little to himself when he felt Arthit jump at the unexpected touch but then he relaxed and gently squeezed Kongpob’s hand. They held hands throughout the movie and at one point Kongpob felt Arthit turn and hide his face against the top of his shoulder. It made Kongpob smile and if he took the initiative to sneak in a gentle kiss to the top of his head, then it was dark enough that no one else could see and Arthit didn’t even seem to mind. He didn’t complain, anyway.
After the movie was over, the bunch of them went to get food at a nearby restaurant. Arthit didn’t say much, but then nobody really expected him to. He wasn’t the most talkative of people unless in a certain setting or he’d had the right amount to drink. Typically that setting involved the beach as he was always much more at ease there. Arthit kept allowing Kongpob to lean in a little closer than normal and at one point Kongpob was even allowed to loosely drape his arm around Arthit’s waist. He could tell that Arthit was still on edge from the movie, which was kind of cute and it took everything Kongpob had in him not to tease Arthit about it until they were finally alone again.
“So, should we leave the light on tonight?” Kongpob asked as they both slipped off their shoes.
“Kongpob!” snapped Arthit as he sent a small glare in his boyfriend’s direction.
Kongpob just smiled easily in an almost apologetic manner. “I didn’t think the movie was that scary.” Kongpob closed the distance between them to wrap his arms around Arthit’s waist and hug him close. Arthit’s back was to his chest and he lowered his chin to rest on Arthit’s shoulder. “The ghosts were pretty scary, though. Especially the one that-”
Arthit attempted to pull out of Kongpob’s hold and took a step forward, which just made Kongpob walk with him though the sudden movement caused him to stop talking mid-sentence. It made Kongpob chuckle and apologize. “Tell you what,” he said, gently squeezing his arms around Arthit when he felt Arthit lean back against him slightly. He lifted his head and Arthit looked over at him. “Put on one of those animes you like and I’ll hold you until you fall asleep. You’ll be safe all night from the ghosts.”
Arthit grumbled and successfully shrugged Kongpob off that time before walking over to the dresser to grab a change of clothes. Kongpob was still chuckling when Arthit went into the bathroom to change - but he didn’t shut the door all the way. On another night, Kongpob might’ve taken advantage of that but he was sure that Arthit hadn’t done so as an invitation that time. So, Kongpob changed his clothes as well and only went in after Arthit opened the door all the way so that he could brush his teeth along with Arthit before the two of them climbed into bed.
They didn’t end up putting anything on the television as they lay there, but Kongpob wasted no time in pulling Arthit close to him. Arthit was facing him and his head ended up nestled underneath Kongpob’s chin while his face pressed into Kongpob’s chest. Kongpob smiled to himself as he pressed a kiss to the top of Arthit’s head before running his hand repeatedly through his boyfriend’s hair at the back of his head. “Sorry to make you sit through that movie tonight,” Kongpob mumbled.
“No, you’re not,” replied Arthit, his voice just as mumbled and a little muffled as he refused to pull away. He tightened his arm around Kongpob’s waist despite the comment.
Arthit really wasn’t a fan of horror movies. They left him unsettled and easily scared for a while afterward. But if every time they watched one he had an excuse to be a little extra clingy, Arthit wasn’t sure he would mind as much in the future. He was sure Kongpob wouldn’t complain, either.
Came for the quality Old Guard (Joe/Nicky) content. Stayed for the good vibes! (And also the quality Old Guard content, haha.) But truly, your blog is like stepping out into the fresh air and sunlight, so you know we gotta keep that around!
We’ve got another prompt from @captainjennhart ! This time it’s for ManType and #52. I am so weak for these two (I loooove their playful moments but al;fjaldj I’d have loved to see more soft ones) and I love this prompt. So here we go. [ Prompt Post ]
52. “I wouldn’t change a thing about you.”
WC: 525
“I wouldn’t change a thing about you.” The words were calm and sure and made Man stop and stare at Type for several seconds, trying to figure out if he had heard correctly. He knew that Type had already made it clear that he wanted to be with him, the little speech he’d given the day they’d officially started seeing one another had made that clear. Still, there was something different in this particular statement and the fact that he was saying it immediately after one of his friends had made a comment about Man being too childish. It made the friend stop and look at Type as though he had said something absolutely ridiculous. It made Type roll his eyes as he grabbed Man’s hand. “Let’s go.” He mumbled the statement to Man before leading him away from where they had been gathered.
Man nodded a few times and followed along, though he didn’t seem to really be paying much attention to anything except for the fact that Type had just defended him to one of his friends and that Type had a hold of his hand. Man couldn’t keep the smile off of his face as he watched Type while they walked. He couldn’t really see much of Type’s face since he was several steps ahead, but he could easily envision the defiant look on Type’s face - the one where he set his jaw and was just a step away from actually glaring at someone. It was the one he used when he was trying to ignore Man being distracting. Only there wasn’t the undertone of fondness that was there when Type was dealing with Man. It was plain annoyance and irritation. When Type finally slowed his pace, he glanced back at Man and stopped walking. It almost made Man run into him. “What’s that look on your face?” Type asked him.
Man shook his head with a small smile. “Nothing, just… I dunno. I mean, thanks. For back there,” he said, gesturing with his free hand back over his shoulder where they had come from. “You didn’t have to do that, but, uh… it’s nice to know you think that.”
“Yeah, well…” Type let out a short puff of air. “You might be annoying, but only I get to tell you that.” He was trying not to smile as he said it - Man felt rather proud that he could tell that, and that it meant that Type was really just teasing him. They were very different in personalities but they were learning how to be in one another’s lives. Man was just glad he was being given the opportunity to be. “Come on. I’ll buy you a drink. No coffee, though. It’s too late for that and you don’t need the caffeine.”
Man sighed heavily but nodded. “Fine. Tea, then? From the shop.” The coffee shop that they often sat at together, Man studying and Type working on a project from work, was easily one of Man’s favorite places. He had a lot of fond memories of the two of them there already, and he only hoped that they could make more.
Hiya! Just out of curiosity, how are you feeling about the "Chance at Love" Tincan reboot situation? I haven't been able to find Eng sub links for any eps past the second, so I've fallen behind, but I'm still seeing gifs around and am curious what your opinion might be on it, if you're watching.
Viki (the asian drama website) has the episodes a week after they air I’m pretty sure. I know they’ve got episodes 1-4 up on their site. But I haven’t watched any of it yet. I’ll get around to it eventually but I’m not thrilled with... any of what I’ve heard or seen about it. I didn’t think I would be (if my massive rewrite for the show was any indication lmao). It really doesn’t make sense to redo their story but leave everything else as if they’ve gone forward in time? Like... if Mame really wanted them to redo, just redo the whole damn thing. And the way they’re handling the Kengkla situation just makes me all a;fjaldjfa. I know I’ll get around to watching it eventually (because I’m a masochist and have to see it all for myself and also I wanna support the actors because they’re amazing) but I’m not impressed by anything I’ve seen so far. :(
and the last request from @captainjennhart ! untwoooo. i love this couple so much. so much potential in the show that wasn’t explored. anyway!! let’s go. (Also, I’m soooo sorry this is so late) [ Prompt Post ]
7. “I’ll keep you warm.”
WC: 535
It was raining - because of course it would be. Two wasn’t even sure where the rain had come from. It had been bright and sunny all day, and as far as he’d been aware rain hadn’t been in the forecast. Yet there he was, rushing from the bus stop on the far side of the parking lot to the apartment building he was heading to. He pulled a face as he stood in the lobby, pulling his t-shirt away from where it stuck to his skin. He hated that feeling, almost as much as the chill that ran down his spine from the air conditioning in the building. Normally, it wasn’t that cold inside, but with the rain that had soaked through his clothes and lingered in his hair, it felt much colder than usual. Two felt bad about dripping water everywhere, so he quickly made his way to the staircase. He opted to use them instead of the elevator so he didn’t get the carpeted floor wet.
It didn’t take him too long to get to the correct floor. At least by then his clothes and hair weren’t dripping, but he still was freezing. He crossed his arms over his chest before he walked to the door that he wanted. He uncrossed his arms just long enough to knock on the door before he crossed them again as he waited. He didn’t stand there very long before the door opened. “What happened to you?” Un asked as he stepped aside and pulled Two into the apartment.
“It started to rain. I didn’t know it was supposed to rain,” grumbled Two.
“Come on. Let me get you something to change into that isn’t soaked through.”
Two took his shoes off there by the door before following Un farther into the room. He stood there, idly rubbing the sides of his arms as Un grabbed some dry clothes that he brought over to him. Two thanked him before going into the bathroom to change. He put the wet clothes over the top of the curtain rod in the shower so that they could dry completely before he went back out into the other room, where Un was sitting on the couch. He waved Two over to the couch when he saw that he was back. “Feel any better?” he asked as Two sat down next to him on the couch.
Two nodded with a soft hum as he got comfortable where he sat, but then Un wrapped his arms around Two, hugging him close and nearly dragging him onto his lap. “What are you doing?” Two asked with a laugh.
Un let go with one arm only to grab the remote and hand it to Two so that he could pick out the movie they watched - it was the whole reason Two was over there in the first place. “You still seemed cold,” Un answered with an innocently sweet smile and he hugged Two close again. “I’ll keep you warm.” Two rolled his eyes at the comment and he shook his head, but he got comfortable in Un’s hold and rested his head on Un’s shoulder as he started to pick out the movie for them.
@captainjennhart replied to your post “I absolutely love how you write Phun & Noh! You write everyone very...”
Hey! Any chance you could tell me what show Phun/Noh are from? :)
YES.
OKay. So Phun and Noh are from one of the first BL’s. Love Sick. (You can find it on Netflix or YT). There were 2 seasons, but only the first is on Netflix. They were also featured in the mini series Reminders. They were played by Captain and White. Their chemistry was sooooo good. It’s v mild because they’re high schoolers in the main series (and in Uni during Reminders). But they’re cute and sweet and getting to see them navigate having feelings for one another and coming to terms with what it would mean for them and those around them. It’s honestly one of the best shows ever imo.
So! @captainjennhart requested # 46 with Kongpob and Arthit. Here we go with that. Also as an aside, this little blurb probably fits into my crossover series somewhere, but you don’t have to have read that at all for this to make sense. [ Prompt Post ]
46. “Dance with me.”
WC: 593
Kongpob was not a big fan of fundraising events. He felt the heart of them was so far from what they were promoted as being. Sure, the money raised went to good things - but he always felt like it was more a place of people planning future business arrangements while bragging about what good people they were because they donated a little bit of their money to a good cause. Plus he wasn’t a huge fan of having to dress up for them. But, he was expected to go because of who he was and who his family was. So, Kongpob always went and he managed to do so with a smile. That time, he had managed to convince Arthit to come with him - but he had since lost his boyfriend in the crowd of people.
When he got the chance, Kongpob slipped away with a couple of drinks so that he could try to go and find Arthit. It didn’t take him too long to do so. Arthit was outside on the large patio that was accessible through the open doors at the front of the room. The garden outside was decorated, all lit up for the event with some hidden speakers playing the music from inside out there. “You left me alone in there,” Kongpob complained as he walked up to Arthit and offered him the second glass.
“You’re the one they want to see,” Arthit reminded him as he took the glass and took a drink out of it. Arthit pulled a slight face as he did. White wine was not something he generally preferred but it was all they were serving that evening. “I ran into your mother.”
Kongpob didn’t have much to say to that. He was sure that the interaction there went rather predictably. He nodded his head and took a drink out of his own glass. “The night’s almost over, then we can go home and I can get you out of that suit.” Kongpob smirked when Arthit sent him a look at the comment. “What? I much prefer when you wear that soft, pink hoodie you love so much.”
“Kongpob.” He just smiled at Arthit’s dismal attempt to seem as though he was scolding him.
Kongpob took another drink out of his glass before setting it aside on the railing of the patio. He took Arthit’s from him, too, and then took a step away toward the middle of the patio while he held a hand out to Arthit. “Dance with me.” Arthit rolled his eyes but Kongpob continued to hold his hand out with a soft smile on his face. “I’m being serious, P’Arthit. Dance with me. Just once. I won’t ask you again here.”
“Until the next one of these you drag me to,” Arthit countered, even as he took a hold of Kongpob’s hand and let Kongpob pull him in close. Kongpob wrapped his other arm around Arthit’s waist and smiled as they started to dance to the music playing.
“Until we get home - but I was thinking of another kind of dance.” Kongpob smirked as he leaned in close enough to speak quietly into Arthit’s ear.
“Kongpob!” Arthit grew red in the face, but he didn’t pull away or push Kongpob away like he might have done when they were younger. It made Kongpob smile in a way that made him seem all too proud of himself and Arthit sighed heavily as Kongpob held onto him a little tighter for several seconds and they continued to dance there under the stars.
