Spock stopped in a more sudden move when he saw his captain on his bed, naked on top of that. He lifted an eyebrow as the doors slid shut behind him. With an olympian calm, he forced his eyes to stay at Jim’s level.

He asked coldly, not bothered at all by his nudity.

Jim sends you none of the above, leaves a single white lily along with a sole black rose on your desk with a note card "With Love, JK" instead. Why? Because lilies, traditionally, are the flowers left on coffins of those who have lost their lives. Black roses, while still a rose, the red traditionally symbolize love and happiness, something new. Black roses were regarded as quite the opposite, and were often viewed as bad luck. Jim finds himself very humorous. -captainofterror

Leonard took one look at the flowers resting on his desk before pulling out a set of shears on from its place on the wall. He sat down, and took great pleasure in cutting each flower up into very small, indiscernible pieces. Satisfied with his work, after he didn't know how long, he sat back and scooped them into a small box. 

He waited until he was sure the Captain was on shift, before making his way into the man's quarters and leaving the box on his pillow. Not even bothering with a note, his intent clear enough through the action of obliterating the flowers he'd left for him.

You're a goddamned idiot, you know that? Shows how much of an idiot I am, letting you lead me on this damned fools chase. Figures, the one time I decide to trust someone, and it bites me in the ass. Just shows how much of an idiot I am in the end. Never was one to succeed, but hell, I lasted longer than I ever thought I would.

Go back home. This world isn't for you. You're gonna get killed, and as much of an idiot as you are, I know you got things you wanna live for over there. There's nothing here for you, there never was. Nothing but a world of broken and lost souls, all clamouring for release, and well, I'm finally getting mine.

[Truth] Who would you prefer to have sex with between your captain and his first officer ? 'None' is not an answer.

His scowl only darkened as the truth was solidified, leaving him no loophole to escape through, and between gritted teeth, he said simply, "The Hobgoblin." At least with the Vulcan, he'd know there was nothing there but a way to assert dominance, nothing beneath the pain and pleasure. He didn't have that luxury with the captain, the man a mixture of persuasion, and smiles, and pain, that never ceased to confuse Leo and make the hatred in his chest grew, even as he bent to the man's every whim.
