Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put bananas on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper after peeling them. The bananas should have brown sugar and cinnamon on top of them. Put butter on the bananas. Put it in the oven and roast it for 15 to 20 minutes, until it turns caramelized. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Put roasted bananas, heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mix into molds for paletas. Put it in the freezer for at least six hours, or until it gets hard. Once the paletas are frozen, take them out of the molds and enjoy!
