So....I hadn’t been to the gym in a week. Had a stressful week at work and I chose sleep over my workout.

Got back at it this morning and beat my last calorie record. That’s my cherry on top lol. Making plans for the week that will be more heavy on strength than cardio. And going back to my green smoothies 😊. I’ve been slacking on my meal prep and I’m paying for it. I need to work on going back to the veggies. My old man has been dangling meat in front of me like a carrot and I’ve been eating 🤦🏾♂️🤣. Back to basics!
