Since it's gay month, I wanna say, I'm grateful that a good number, if not the majority, of my coworkers aren't straight.

That said, they are definitely almost all cis. All cis? Iono, probs, but who am I to say.

Point is, phew. Things slide time to time, but seriously, for being surrounded by like 40+ cis folks on a daily basis, I experience a lot less shit than I have come to expect. Like y'all/they ain't perfect, but literally every single person I know at my Ross at least tries. I want to speak as to how much that means to me. It's so fucking important. It really means everything to me. I try to bring hope to a lot of the queer folks I reach out to online but really it's shit like my work environment and everyone who puts in the effort to make it inclusive and welcoming that does the real legwork. I just get to talk about how great yall are to others online lol.
