Eli 4C?
I don’t know how he ended up evil but there you go
A snippet about Eli finding a baby ghoul
Eli nuzzled the little pup softly. As much as it pained him to be a ghoul, he did not want this poor child to suffer from his reluctance. He purred unconsciously as he curled around his new charge. “Don’t worry. We’ll find your family soon, and I’ll take care of you in the mean time. I may not know a lot about kids but...I know how to make them happy. That’s a start, right?” He hoped it was good enough; he’d never forgive himself if it wasn’t.

"Eeeeeeh...I feel a spirit around here and it's definitely not Suka..."
Sock grinned and popped up in front of the new person, “HEEEEEY!”
He didn’t expect much reaction, but it would be funny if it worked and scared him.
A gift for Marka to honor Eli’s new blog
Once upon a time, a wolf named Elias got lost in the woods. He had been a lone wolf for a long while now, but he still got lost.
He wandered around for a while, then caught a scent. A human scent, a female human, and she was close. Now was the time for caution because human females tended to scream, travel in packs, and carry very heavy purses to whack naïve young wolves with.
Elias padded up to the scent slowly, trying to stay quiet and hidden.
The human female was sitting on the ground, weaving daisies together into a crown. Her hair was golden, and Elias found himself fascinated by the shine off it. She was singing, too, softly and in a happy tone.
Sniffing some more, he found she was alone, and carefully padded up to her, ears down and ready to bolt back into the forest at the first sign of danger.
The human turned and gasped, freezing in place. Her fear wafted over him in a wave of lemon and salt. Elias liked that smell, and it made his empty stomach growl loud enough to hear.
“If you’re going to hurt me, just get it over with,” the female spoke softly, unable to muster a louder voice. He didn’t like the change from her happy singing, so Elias lay down in front of her and put his head down by her knees. He was a good boy, after all, just hungry and lost. Maybe the nice lady would feed him.
She looked at him, suspicion in her blue eyes, but she soon reached over slowly and pet him between his ears. Elias’ tail wagged a bit. It felt nice to be petted, even if his tummy was still rumbling painfully.
The woman’s face softened and she cooed softly, “You must be really hungry. Poor puppy.”
Elias was happy to lay there in the sun and flowers, enjoying this kind human’s soft hands, but he needed food. Badly.
“Maybe I can find something for you? Would you like to come home with Mama Sephy? Huh?” she scratched gently under his chin, and Elias gently lapped at her fingers. Sephy, that must be her name. Ooh, her fingers were so sweet, and she wanted to take him home and feed him. This was suddenly a wonderful day.
Sephy smiled and stood up, “Come on, sweetheart, let’s get you home so I can feed you.” Elias got up with her and loped along next to her, ears up and happy.
His saving grace lived in a little cottage near the flower field, and he ran up to her door, sitting at the stoop and waiting for her to open the door. He did whine, though.
“Okay okay!” Sephy laughed and let him in. “I’ll go get you some meat, don’t worry.”
Trying his best to be a good ‘dog’ for a while, Elias curled up on a clear spot in the white and blue tiles of the kitchen, and watched as she got some steak from the freezer and put it under running water. “I have to defrost it and warm it up a bit, first, but then you can have it.”
She sat with him on the floor with a damp paper towel, gently wiping at his fur, “If you’re going to be in the house, you have to be clean-ish. I won’t put you through a full bath.” The warmth felt good, and the idea of being clean was pretty appealing, especially if he didn’t have to get soaked. He yawned and got comfortable while she stroked his fur clean, finding sleep a fast friend.
