"I remain. Despite you, and to spite you."
I downloaded @wyattssims’s three-legged pets mod and I've only cried like four times.
Finished The Awakened yesterday and oh my god, it was too short and I want more! I want more time with wonderfull Sherry and John 😭 I love them so much, please Frogwares give us more!!! I absolutely love their personalities and emotional journey, they nailed them and I just wanted to give them a hug when they had their traumas brought up.
Finished House of Ashes in one sitting (6 hours)! It was a lot of fun, I even think it got even better mid-way. We had 4 characters survive in the end. In the first half I didn't care about them that much, but especially Jason and Salim got me with their bromance in the end! I liked the setting and it looked so cool, I feel they improved the graphics a bit. We had 2 bugs but that was resolved with closing and starting the game again. I enjoyed it but now I am really burned out of playing games for the rest of the weekend I think 😅
We just finished Little Hope and I really enjoyed it. It had me on the edge of my seat, it was so spooky and there was so much to think about and discuss. I don't know why so many people seem to dislike the ending, I found it a really cool twist. Survivors Guilt and trauma does things to people and so in some way it all clicked and made sense - literally battling inner demons. I liked it, even if we didn't get to save everyone and there are some things I didn't fully understand yet.
Oh my darling Clementine...
So, we just finished the final season and I can't believe it's over now. I grew attached to these characters so much, so saying goodbye was hard.
After some troubles with glitches and bugs we could luckily continue playing today. We were dreading the ending. Honestly though it was beautifully wrapped up, I couldn't have asked for more. And at THAT particular scene at the ending, my brother and me just lost it and both started to uncontrollably sob. I have never seen my brother cry like this, so it shows how amazing the characters and writing were to us and how much it touched us (I already had lost it a long time before, at the barn scene... I was clinging to my tissues at this point). We just handed each other the tissue box constantly in the last few scenes 😭
Thank you so much Telltale and of course Skybound to give us the amazing Clementine, who is one of the most badass and wonderful characters of all time! I am glad I could see Clems story coming to an end - we raised this girl, we were bitten but damn did we live.
As I have officially semester break now, I decided to pick up some games to play and keep me occupied. First one is this!
I’ve watched the anime some time ago (which is pretty unfortunate, I spoiled myself there) so I kind of already know who dies and the biggest twists (though I can’t remember all). I guess though playing it myself will be pretty cool and hopefully better paced and detailed, so let’s see how it goes!
I finished Ghost Trick last night and holy shit THIS GAME WAS SO GOOD I AM STILL IN SHOCK
This is one of these games were you absolutely should go in without any prior knowledge or spoilers. I was so invested in the story, I played for hours and constantly tried to solve the case myself while I went along with all the amazing characters and their story. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It hooked me so much, I finished it in 3 nights and sometimes played for hours without realizing it. I loved the puzzles (I actually was pretty good at them!) and I ended up loving all of the characters. And the twists, oh all the twists. Gotta love a good twist.
I just wish I could delete my memory and experience it all over again without knowing anything about the ending aaaaah
I am so happy I finally got around to play it. Honestly one of the best games I’ve ever played. It’s now up there with my all time favourites Professor Layton and Ace Attorney.
