I’ve just watched the Caroline Flack documentary and it’s utterly heartbreaking. I wasn’t sure if I was strong enough to watch it, I feel desperately sad for Caroline and her family. I know you all know my personal experience of suicide, it’s certainly caused me serious mental health problems that I am still living with 3 years on. I’m glad there is a conversation now happening around suicide, before my experience I had no idea how common it really was. It’s a devastating kind of loss and there will always be questions you will never have an answer for. You never know what is going through someone’s mind, even the person you are most closest too and that’s hard to come to terms with when you are left behind. The guilt is always there, some days it’s just easier to deal with. One year ago today Caroline flack took her own life. Would you believe these were taken a day before she sadly decided she wanted to end her life. Doesn’t she look happy.... you can’t see the pain, sadness, misery or depression she was going through because these are all invisible. So when a friend, work colleague or neighbour says the classic ‘I’m fine’ just make sure you check in on them anyway. You never know what someone is going through behind that smile they paint on everyday. Your kind gesture might be the one thing that keeps them hanging on. Also, to anyone who is suffering please don’t suffer in silence. This is so true! Just over a month ago society was in shock over Caroline flacks death and promised each other they would be kinder ! Now look at the selfish ‘I’m alright jack, sod you’ attitude! Society has gone absolutely mad! Yesterday in Sainsbury’s there were empty shelves all over the place! R.I.P Caroline Flack 😢💔

I might only be a fan, but this was some terrible and shocking news. My thoughts go out to all fans, family and friends of Caroline. It’s ashame that Caroline felt this was the only way out for her, feeling so alone and having nobody to turn too what so ever. I blame newspapers and media for all this, being in the limelight and her every move being watched / wrote about is disgusting. The poor woman was only trying to deal with her personal issues hence why the step down for presenting the winter season of love island. That in my eyes is bravery. She was a beautiful person inside and out, even though we only watched her presenting you could see that! Now even though she is no longer with us the media are eating up this! From this I believe that even the happiest people on the outside, are even suffering. You can put on a show but when it comes to down time, who knows where your mind can take you. Mental health should be taken seriously, don’t be scared to ask for help. Especially before it is too late. Like look at all the tributes, and all the posts for Caroline. She was loved and cared about, and still felt she had nobody to turn too. Just thought taking her own life was the only way out. I believe in, if you have nothing nice to say then don’t say it at all. The same goes for all you internet trolls / haters too, if you don’t like something then don’t follow it or comment. The internet with social media is now this dangerous game. But due to the newspapers Caroline may only be remembered for “the bad” they say which is wrong cause she only made a mistake like any normal human being would do, let’s be honest! Just because people are famous don’t mean they are not just like us, trying to get through day to day life struggles. You can be the happiest person and have everything you’ve ever wanted and still feel like that you have no purpose to be here in this world. So from this, we all just need to be kind.

There is power for corruption to breed 👇🏽 Any faith, firm, religion, charity, movement, company attracts risk- it’s not them or their mission. It’s bad rotten humans who are allowed to infiltrate into the inside. Add those who look away? Both are complicit. One cannot survive without the other. One is a breeder. The other a feeder. And so, a festering breeding ground is borne. And as it rises, it strangles and kills any that opposes its sinewy snaking limbs that is designed to feed on pain, hurt, money, sweat, power and will bully and cajole its way into boardrooms, committees, groups. A modern day Gollum Vampire. You see it in playgrounds. Child bullies. And when the child is not stopped it turns into an adult and enters into wherever it can feed. Be it politics, Govts, boardrooms, trade unions, charities, media. Wherever and whenever humans organise, the bully will creep in. Everywhere. The stench of bad wicked humanity that breeds behind closed doors, are what I call witch bitch or wizard lizard styled covens who in our modern times are just glossy outfits designed to protect them and their nasty cohort of humans. And why its child victim cries alone and worst of all adults cry. And kill them selves. Be it Quayden Bayles the little boy aged 9 bullied for his dwarfism. Or #carolineflack @carolineflack who suicided. That’s me and ethics explained. I wrote this post en route to #birmingham #moda #fashion expo while on train writing the @lovedeshscout promise - aka manifesto. Of how we plan to operate. And pledge to avoid corruption. Combat modern day slavery. And protect the planet. Am terrified. As I know many exist who want to take me down. Who have taken me down. And continue to try and take my work down. Well. Fuck you....
