Fave thing about them: he’s just so... funny looking and he just is so interesting as a character. Like, he’s just super chill in the comics and stuff and just is all like “woah I just can’t be in this war all the time”

Least fave thing about them: Ok... there’s nothing that I particularly don’t like about the him but it’s the way he’s treated by rovio (GIVE HIM MORE ATTENTION MAN)

Favorite line: “Little buddies, I don’t wanna involved in bird versus pigs. That’s not my scene, dudes.” (from the transformers comic)

BROTP: I like the hc where he’s pretty cool with Terence after he saved Hal in the “Pig Setup” level in the games. I’d imagine Hal would probably get along with everyone, actually (well, I think Red is actually a little bothered by the fact that he’s not around a lot).

OTP: I’ve actually not really thought of shipping him with anyone... I remember seeing some Hal x Poppy fanart which was cute... but I’m a bit neutral on who I actually romantically ship him with.

NOTP: PLEASE DON’T SHIP HIM WITH THE KIDS!!! Otherwise though, I haven’t seen questionable fanart.

i LOVE the hc where he’s Spanish which is... good... (i hc him as Costa Rican)

VERY good uncle to the kids... very chill but responsible

He sometimes plays his banjo to calm Bomb down whenever he’s about to explode

despite his mature side, he also has a bit of a clumsy/awkward side (like in the summer pignic short) and is rather humble.

very VERY camera shy (he thinks his beak is too long for a good picture/video.

like the 2 hcs above... i feel like he’s more comfortable playing around his friends than in front of a crowd of people he doesn’t know.

he feels like he’s not apart of the flock as much, despite everything.

often vents this and other things to Terence, which he knows he’ll keep silent about it.

Ever since he was a little hatchling, he was pretty nomadic.

Unpopular opinion: I feel like Hal doesn’t get enough protagonism, even in the comics. (I think also the fact that he’s one of my favorite birds)
