The "nine lives, remember?" quote always confuses me, specifically the "remember." I've been trying to rewatch but can't find any references to "nine lives" before Carol says that to Daryl. Help me out, did I miss it or maybe it was a deleted scene?

It's possible there was a set up to that line that got scrapped at some stage or another. Who knows, but just canonically speaking, I think Carol is reminding Daryl that he witnessed her survive against all odds and she can do it again.
