Have you ever read Carol being jealous/insecure or Daryl being jealous/insecure fanfiction? If so, can you lead me to a few? Haha you are my fanfiction advisor :p

But of course my dear! I’m going for more the jealous theme here, I hope that’s okay.

Some of these may be a bit shorter just because this sort of fan fic is good for one shots, but I’ll try and see if I can remember some longer ones. 

Okay without too much of the whole self promotion thing, it’s purely because I know I’ve wrote plenty of jealousy prompts before (seems to be a favorite trope of peoples), I’ll add a couple of mine in to bulk the list out too.

Prompt one by myself - Merle helps Carol make Daryl jelly

Yours by eyeslikewildflowers - Nice recent one for the smutfest! It’s got a more forwardly jealous Daryl, I liked it a lot!

Prompt two by myself - Daryl’s jealous of King Ezekiel

The Green Eyed Monster by krissyg49- This is a short but sweet one. Daryl acting on his jealousy.

Prompt three by myself - Carol gets jealous a Daryl’s new friendship

Arrows and Roses by Rhinozilla ( @rhinozilla​ ) - I’ve linked you to one of their jealousy prompts but I know there’s more. This is a short one, giving an insight to Daryl’s mind.

Speaking Out of Turn by Magenta’s Nightmare - Daryl hears Tobin speaking about Carol and see’s red. Ends smutty.

Prompt four by myself - Daryl doesn’t take too kindly to Axel’s flirting.

Friend-Zone by Upsgirl88 - I can’t remember if I ever read the full story but I know there’s a jealous and hurt Daryl over Tobin in here and there’s some fluff too.

There was another I wanted to add but I hunted around and couldn’t find it! It was an AU of Daryl being in love with Carol but Carol due to marry Ed but Carol secretly loved Daryl too, it was a multi-chapter on fanfiction.net but I can’t find it. A link for anyone that knows would be great!

Do you know any fics that has Caryl/pregnancy/baby in it and would link them. I need to read some. Pregnant Carol and Baby Daddy Daryl is everything!!!

Ohh I love getting these asks. Putting all my hours of reading Caryl fan fic to good work. Honestly though baby fics are probably my least read type of fan fics. I won’t avoid them but usually I don’t go out of my way to read them either.

As Dixons Do by ramblinrose (@spanishrose2002) - For whatever reason I never got around to finishing this one (although I’ve just read four chapters again already) but this includes parent Caryl and pregnant Carol. Heavy doses of Merle and Andrea too. Lots of family drama included (on Merle’s side). I liked this one a lot.

a curious speck by lilabut - This one gives an inside view to the first 12 months after having their baby (Sophia is in this one too). It’s just the right of angst mixed with some fluff a good dosage of smut all with some cute family time moments.

illuminate the heart by lilabut ( @singingfirefliess ) - I’ll admit I haven’t read this one before but knowing the author’s writing skills it’s definitely one to read. This is accidental pregnancy story, so it’ll focus on Carol and Daryl’s relationship throughout her pregnancy. In fact to add to this lilabut does a lot of fics with babies and children. I highly recommend them all, she’s a wonderful writer.

Fear and Faith by Noxid Anamchara - This one has some lovely and angsty flashbacks of before the baby was born and some fluffy as fuck moments after.

Hiya :) First of all I love your Caryl/Sophia promt you just wrote!!! Do you have any fic suggestions about this topic I could read where Carol and Daryl already have a baby or little kid together? Even if it's just one or two maybe at NineLives? Doesn't necessarily have to be Sophia who's the kid just that they have a kiddo together, cute family fics if you know what I mean <3

Okay sure thing. I’ve had a similar sort of ask before which was pregnancy fics so if you’d like to look at them I’ll link them here.

Devoted by youremykindoftrouble - I’ve found this author does a lot of one shot stories where Caryl have a kid called Caleb. If you have a sweet tooth these are the ones for you.

Spreading Her Wings by LeeLeeWoflpack  - I haven’t had the chance to read this one before but I know it has Sophia, Caryl having another baby and fluff!

Technicolor by Amwaaker - This is the first in a three part series of short stories, second one is smutty, third is less smutty but still warnings for that.

I know there are so many more but I can’t find them at present. Hopefully this is okay, I’ll more on if I can find any!xox

I know of a few, but it’s rare that I ever get around to finishing any. I’ll try and suggest some good ones!

illuminate the heart by lilabut ( @singingfirefliess ) - This is a baby fic series, I’ve recommended a couple of these stories before but I can’t rave enough about how amazing Anna’s writing is.

Hotline by SamiWammy - This is mostly a small (but a lot of words) collection of Caryl stories. I think they maybe unrelated but it covers pretty much every genre, angst, smut, drama, get your fix.

Out of the Ashes by Starfur373 - Out of the Ashes is an awesome high school AU, I haven’t gotten around to reading the second story in the series but I have no doubt it’ll be as good at the first.

Playing Games by ICanStopAnyTime - I’m pretty sure I’ve read all of these (bar one maybe) but this is such an amazing series! I love the whole idea of Daryl and Carol playing games like truth or dare and this one has it’s fair share of light moments but there’s angst to fill it out too. This is one of my favs.

The Letter by lovesdaryl ( @lovesdaryl )- I’ve not read all of the stories in this series yet but the ones I have read have been fantastic. Set during the prison as Daryl and Carol navigate their relationship, angst and comfort ensues. Very true to the characters.

Are there any post caryl break up fics (obviously they get back together and whatever) I'm new at fan fiction and I'm looking for long stories.

This is probably something I’ve rarely read. Honestly I don’t think there are too many in the catergory. If any one know’s any then please feel free to add a reply but these two below are the only ones I know of. (This author may have done more of the post break up caryl but these are the ones I know).

Sometimes Love Isn’t Enough by krissyg927 - This is a sweet story based on Carol and Daryl after they’re divorced and finding their way back together.

Just One Line by krissyg927 - I’ve only actually just read this one whilst on my hunt for new stories and omg it’s so good. A long angsty one shot. Trigger warnings for cancer, but a happy ending.

Okay, so I had a bunch of RL work stuff involving travel and working during the opposite hours of my usual schedule this past week leaving me 0 minutes for writing. I find it nearly impossible to read while I write (it takes me out of my story while I enjoy other people’s). Anyway, all of that for this. There won’t be an update of anything this week, I’m behind on correspondence and reviews, and it won’t be getting any better until Thursday, when I get a day off. (which means it is *possible* that I’ll be posting stuff on Friday!)

Until then, here are some recs. (these are for older stories, because I’ve not read the new stuff yet. See above.)

Crossroads & Lies  by Silversundown – Walking Dead/Supernatural crossover. Author’s Summary: She had been pretending to be one of them for so long that she almost believed it herself. Almost.

Pardon The Breasts by Rhinozilla – TWD – 1K – Author’s Summary: Prompt from Tumblr: Caryl share a room. Carol thinks that Daryl is gay so she has no problem changing in front of him. This misconception does not stay misconceived for long.
