I used to be really active in the Hamtaro fandom back in like, 2007 (I even had a small fansite called "Hamu-Hamu Village"!) but I since fell out of the loop... and I noticed there seems to be a lot of activity on the Japanese sites recently... do you think there is an effort to reboot it in the works? I would love to see Hamtaro stuff worldwide again! Btw, I've been a huge fan of HHP since like 2006 and I wanted to thank all of you for all of your dedication throughout the years!! <3

Well there seems to be something going around of Hamtaro being rebranded as Hamtaro Nanoda! but we’re not sure if that’s an actual reboot or something like Hamtaro Dechu! where they just reaired old episodes with a new opening. Other than that it was Hamtaro’s birthday recently so I assume they’re hyping up some stuff for that.

I’d love to see it as a reboot though! It’d be nice to see it overseas again but it really depends if Viz would even bother putting out the new version considering lots of kodomo anime doesn’t really do well in the states outside of a few exceptions.

Have you heard how Japanese fans are reacting to the movie 20 news? I know there is still a lot of love for the original trio there as well.

@och4zuke informed me that the reaction has been very similar to those in the west: a mixed bag of fans who are excited, who are confused, and who are sorely disappointed.

Fire Emblem or Mother 3? :)

Oooh oooh that’s so hard....I’m going to have to go with Mother 3 as that game literally changed my life and is still my favorite game of all time. Too bad it will never be localized ever...

And Mother 3′s death was the reason Ryoma’s death hit me so hard it reminded me of Claus and gave me the feels

I will say Fates finally was the game to beat Mother 3′s music though that was a damn good soundtrack
