Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Add salt and pepper to the salmon fillet. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good. Put in the spinach and cook it until it wilts. Put the salmon on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put spinach that has been sauted and sliced almonds on top of the salmon. Pour the rest of the olive oil over the top. Salmon should be cooked all the way through after 12 to 15 minutes in a hot oven. Enjoy while hot!
