Dear sister, 

Now I know you want to eat healthy and achieve so much in being healthy and eating only organic food that is way overpriced btw, but sometimes me eating a chocolate biscuit isn't the end of the world. Stop judging how I live my life and how I choose to eat whatever I want whenever I want because life is short to worry how  many calories and preservatives I eat a day. My plan on eating in moderation works for me I eat my fruit and vegetables and exercise regularly so stop looking at me like I am awful person. I have lost the weight I want and has taken me longer but i have gotten down from a size eighteen to now a size 12 and only took a few years I am proud of myself so stop judging me for how I achieved it.
