I found out a couple weeks ago that there is a county in North Carolina literally an hour away from Duke University in real life called "Caswell County" its named after someone name Richard Caswell. I head canon that Richard Caswell is one of Ash and E.J.'s ancestors. The rest of the Caswell Family live in Caswell County, NC. Both Ash and E.J.'s fathers were born in Caswell County, NC then they both got a job offer in SLC after college and have been living there since.

wow that is some in depth stuff. and I'm probably too dumb to understand it cuz the only thing in my head while reading this was: isn't ricky named richard? but sure lets say they do live in North Carolina. maybe that's where cash and co. run off to every holiday lmao.
