• coffee shop or flower girl → Oh my gosh, I love these BOTH, but coffee shop has to win out. The cozy, warm, rich atmosphere is just divine! ☕️🤎
• au or fix-it → Absolutely AU. It’s just like fix-it, but in a potentially different world. Like… *gestures chaotically*
• enemies to lovers or childhood friends → DEFINITELY enemies to lovers! Give me the sizzle. Give me the burn. Give me the self-loathing as they realise the feelings they have for each other are no longer classified as hate. Let that flame of despising stoke into a passion of protection. Childhood friends to lovers is for comfort (and has its place!) but enemies to lovers is the EPITOME of tension!
• angst or fluff → For as much fluff as I have a tendency to write, I am an angstttt girly! Through and through. If my heart’s not being ripped out, then what am I even doing??
• love at first sight or pining → Um… obviously? Did the angst and enemies to lovers answers not tip this off already? 😂 Make the love rise slow and agonizing—make them make eye contact from across the room, make their fingers barely touch, make them repress the feelings inside of them so hard, but in a way that they can never escape. THAT! Make THAT happen! 😍
• modern au or historic au → Don’t get me wrong, I love contemporary, modern stories… but if we’re going for an AU, where the possibilities are LITERALLY endless, I’m not handing these characters the relative safety and convenience of modern life. They’re gonna have to work for their survival. 🙂↕️
• break up & make up or proposal & wedding → Proposal and wedding, because if those bitches break up once, they’re GONNA do it again, and I’m not sticking around to be yanked back and forth like an emotional yo-yo… NO THANK YOU!!
• get together or established relationship → As much as I dearly dearly love watching characters get together, the domesticity and understanding of established relationships cannot be topped. The relationship can literally be crumbling, and you still know they know each other’s quirks, their habits, the annoying way they click their pen with their teeth or the fact that they’ll only drink tea through a straw. The quiet understanding always takes the cake for me. 🥺✨
• soulmates or unrequited → No, guys, I GENUINELY cannot pick between these two! I love them BOTH!! 🤩✨
• fake dating or secret dating → Again, the tension, my loves. The absolute panic as one side realises it’s not an act anymore. The pining and slow burn and risk of it being unrequited. Mwahaha. I love it SO MUCH!! 😈
• obvious pining or domestic fluff → I feel like obvious pining fits a wider variety of characters. Maybe it’s just me, but I only truly like domestic fluff between characters with an established relationship (bonus points if they’re actually married!) It just makes it more… actually domestic? Idk. But obvious pining takes the cake here. I want them so embarrassingly lovesick that everyone can see it but the love interest.
• hurt/comfort or crack → Is this even a debate? Hurt/comfort ALLLLL the way!! 🤣
• meet the parents or meet cute → Meet cute. 🥰 The rom-com lover in me will never NOT love a meet cute.
CAT AFFECTION - how would you show your moots affection if you were a cat?
I would probably get tangled in your blinds and try to block out all your sunlight, wait for you to untangle me and get me out, and then arch my back for scratches as if nothing happened. Sitting on your laptop or keyboard would also be a big thing with me. I’d more than likely yowl to be let out at night, making sure I am the centre of your world even as you are trying to sleep. (I would be a menace, I know. 😂)

• last book: I just finished Dance With The Sword by Sarah K.L. Wilson (book two in the Bluebeard’s Secret series) and am now DEVOURING Give Your Heart To The Barrow (book three).

• last series: Secrets of the Bees (The Nat Geo documentary) and a Golden Girls rewatch!! 🐝👑

• tea or coffee: Tea!! I’ve FINALLY figured out my absolute favourite way to make tea, and oh my word! It’s the most heavenly drink I’ve ever consumed in my life!! 🫖☕️
• sweet or salty: Sweeeetttt!! Without a doubt. I have a NOTORIOUS sweet tooth! 🧚🏻♀️🦷
He’s a lot like a cat: rubbing up against someone's leg as affection, purring in his sleep, doing that cat stretch where he practically doubles his body length, curls up with his tail touching his bill, etc.
The boys absolutely love it and sometimes calls him ‘kitty’ in their sleep.
