#cat question

My cat has an odd obsession with licking screens for some reason. He's not picky, he'll lick phone screens, computer screens, my switch screen etc.

Does anyone have an explanation for this?

I am aware that it could just be that his brain is a bit soft

When Jervis is hungry he wont mew or paw he'll just go up to you and chew on nothing, sometimes for hours

Ive never seen such a passive aggressive begging method does any other cat do this???

Ok real question. How hard would it be to take proper care of a cat without any experience with cats

This is gonna sound insane but are you based in the uk because I’ve seen a cat exactly like citra nearby, if not then your cat has a doppelgänger who is lovely and also drools a lot

Question.

I work full time and I plan on adopting a cat soon. But I'm not sure if I should get a cat that likes to be alone, OR if i should get two, OR if it would be acceptable to get a cat and a kitten together. I know I'd need to be around the kitten a lot, but would that change at all if I got another full grown cat to go with it?

The two I'm thinking of btw already know each other and sleep together and play together and whatnot, so introducing them wouldn't be a problem.

Bea has a little growth on her paw pad that feels like an extra little toe bean that's growing off her big paw pad. She's asleep right now, so I touched it, but she didn't wake up, so I'm assuming it's not hurting her? Does anyone know what this is and if I should be worried? She was just at the vet 3 weeks ago, and I'd like to avoid taking her to the vet again if possible bc she HATES the vet. I tried googling some stuff, but I couldn't find anything about a growth on a cat's paw. I found lots of stuff about swollen paw pads, but everything else with her paw is totally normal except the extra bean. If anyone has ever experienced this with their cats, please let me know if I should be worried! (the post after this one is a video of it)
